Most of i like to live here because the place close to city center beside it supermarkets, shops and etc. recommend you book this hostel

Very good

Very dirty. I tell you dont stay in this hotel. They take the rate that the hotel is good by 2 free drinks. I really regret my choice.

Originally I booked a bed in the six-bedroom, but when I walked in, there’s some dirty bed and across the hotel is having construction so I don’t really feel safe. Fortunately, Trip staff was very helpful and I get to upgrade myself to a single room ofc I had to pay the difference. Probably won’t go back tho

The services were good. The location of the hostel was close to city centre.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was so friendly and always there for helping.

Much cleaner and more comfortable than Galluswarte one.

Location: overall good. Not too far from city center, not too touristic, yet close to tram station. At weekend, you can hear the leaking sound of nearby nightclub. Rather than the hotel, the nightclub is to blame here as it has very poor acoustic insulation (hotel and nightclub are separated 100-200). Service: check in is very slow. Waiting time + ch ck in process time take around 30-60 minutes. I get an impression that their check in IT system is kinda buggy as the receptionist asked multiple customers to pay although they have done so via booking app. Cleanliness: very poor. Kitchen is smelly and dirty. Stayed for two nights, bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned, full of hair and dirt. Even the elevator was dirty too. Amenities: not impressive. Although towel is not provided freely, shampoo and soap are free. But the biggest problem is that they don't provide enough locker to store luggage or at least valuables securely. At my time of visit, the washing machine was broken.
