Attending to our check-in was a spunky and cheerful Chloe at the desk reception. She allocated us to a room well-suited for the physically challenged. It was near the lift on level 1. The room was well lit. Also, our bathroom was spacious and equipped with grab poles to help us move about. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. Best of all, the free airport shuttle at 30-minute intervals to and from the hotel made it convenient for hotel guests. Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport, take a bow!

Good service

The hotel is not as close to the airport as we thought. We arrived at the airport airport after midnight and found it is not possible to walk there. We ended up taking taxi to get to the hotel. The staff at the hotel is nice. He gave us two rooms for us and our kids though we only booked one. Breakfast is nice too.

The room was spacious and the bed was clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean though. The check in was okay but they require a credit card to pay a city tax and none of mine worked there. We figured out a work around but this was stressful. Also their bar was credit card only so not convenient.

I checked in late. Very professional and friendly service from staff. Top quality stay, facilities etc. breakfast was good too.

Close to Frankfurt International Airport with hotel shuttle service; clean environment and quiet at night; a REWE supermarket in walking distance; in house or outside restaurants available for different tastes.

Very terrible for service at breakfast reception desk. It happened to be some miscommunication about the room including breakfast. They charged my credit card worth Euro 23 but refused to void the bill right away due to inefficiency of the system as well as the staff. However, she promised to refund on weekday. Now it’s almost a month but nothing has been done.

The hotel location for my overnight stay was perfect! I was able to walk from terminal 2 to the hotel. I found out at the reception desk that they have a shuttle every 20 minutes to the airport for 6 euros. They hotel room was clean, but I brought the wrong outlet for Europe and was too embarrassed to ask the reception desk if they had one available! Hahaha
