Overall is good. The staff is friendly and polite. breakfast is nice. Hotel is near to train station but we will abit worry when walk from train station to hotel as there are alot of homeless people surrounding. Our room bedframe abit squeaky.

Staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. If you are coming from the Frankfurt Hbf, look out for the McD and exit through that side, will get you closer to the hotel, around 3-5min walk. Don’t take the hbf main center exit, will take you a big round of walking and you will pass through some shady area which personally I don’t feel safe.

Very clean and tidy hotel, 300m walk from Flanagan Railway Station, very convenient transportation. The hotel service is very good, whether it is printing things, helping to call a taxi, recommending restaurants, all are very professional and fast!

A very nice hotel in terms of concept, but - if the room is completely white - more care should be taken to cleanliness. The mirrors were stained and dusty, the floor wasn't clean either, the curtains were stained and not very attractive. The bathroom is modern except for the shower, it is simply no longer up to date and much too small. Eta's more light in the bathroom would also help a lot, unfortunately it is very dark. The air conditioning in the room is very loud. The location in the train station district is well known, we know that in advance and we would therefore not include it in the rating. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, and the bar is open 24 hours a day (although the prices are very exorbitant!). We would only recommend the hotel to a limited extent, the room simply wasn't acidic enough.
