Ulasan Fairfield Inn & Suites Franklin Cool Springs

We have stayed here before so that should tell you the reason why we chose to come back!

I had a good stay and everything was clean and the staff and breakfast was nice and I like the rooms. The view is good too

So far so good Price is so high Not many restaurant nearby the hotel

The elevator was not functioning, I'm handicapped and we were on the 4th floor. Front desk clerk was indifferent and rude. We should get a discount!

I visited Fairfield a couple of weeks before my stay. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named FeFe. I wanted to see a room, and she was so hospitable. She showed me a lovely room. She also showed me some prices to compare for booking. I loved how comfortable she made me feel. I also loved the layout of the various areas to visit if I didn’t want to stay in my room. The icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast!!! Such a variety to choose from. I posted pics on google maps just in case anyone else wanted to enjoy this beautiful place. I know I will make Fairfield Inn my hotel of choice from now on.

I have stayed at several different hotels, but this is my first time ever staying at a Fairfield Inn. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed and in awe of this wonderful place. Spacious and modern room, complimentary delicious breakfast, so many areas to explore outside of your room without leaving the hotel. The view from every window was awesome, and I didn’t miss trekking through the snowy streets to check out the surrounding area. Thank you Fairfield Inn and All of the many people who worked so hard to make my stay so enjoyable. 💜💜💜

Place looked brand new, very clean and updated. Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were terrific.

Definitely staying there next time we are in Cool Springs. Great place to rest.

The air conditioning is an ordeal. The hotel does not allow each guest to adjust their own air conditioning in the room that the guest paid for. We called maintenance twice and they did nothing. They told us that due to Covid protocols, the air conditioning always had to be on and at a very low temperature. I ended up getting sick with my throat, in those days we were at -2 degrees Celsius and we were never able to turn off the cold air conditioning inside our room. I had a second reservation and I decided to change it to a better hotel. I changed to the holiday inn Express Berry Farms in Franklin. At the Holiday Inn Berry Farms hotel it was a wonderful experience.

We were in town for a work conference in Franklin. This hotel was a convenient location and just a short drive away. The hotel was very clean and still had a “new” feeling. The staff was pleasant and helpful with any requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Our bathroom floor was dirty where it needed a mop. The tub was stopped up. My sister woke up in hives. I told the guy at checkout. He didnt offer a discount or anything. He said, ill let housekeeping know. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. Someone came out about 5 minutes later.

This was a very nice, well kept property. Staff was friendly. Could use a larger pool for children to swim.

I’ve been stay here 4-5 times a year for the last two years and it’s been consistent every time
