Hotel Pulau Fraser dengan Sarapan

Overall stay was good. I think they might have been short staffed during our stay. I would recommend for the resort to have a directory of extension numbers by the room phones. I had to walk to restaurants and reception if I needed something. Probably need somebody supervising and keeping the pool area clean. Overall I enjoyed the stay, good food!

Sarapan pesanan masak disediakan pada setiap hari dari 7:30 hingga 10:00 dengan dikenakan bayaran.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk daftar keluar ekspres, tempat simpanan bagasi dan Perkhidmatan ATM/perbankan. Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 14 bilik tamu yang menampilkan peti sejuk. Sediakan makanan anda di dapur berkongsi/bersama. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi cerek elektrik dan kipas siling, manakala pengemasan disediakan sekali sepenginapan.

Whilst everything was fairly reasonable, the food was overpriced rubbish. It was more akin to the local greasy Joe's and $35 bucks for 2 small sized peices of Snapper and 2 bucks worth of Salad did not impress at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they prices were outrageous for the standard. Which was overcooked and very disappointing. You might get away with it from unsuspecting overseas visitors, but I'm sorry to say it was crap. I guess when you have zero competition you better cop it or never book there again. If i was an international tourist I would not think anything food related was more than mediocre at best. The room rate was fair priced, however dining was nothing short of highway robbery. I accept the distance to deliver supply's definitely added to the pricing, it fell way short of ones expectations of a resort level quality. $35 bucks for a meal that resembled Bain Marie cheap pub grub did not by any means cut the mustard. It will be one and only time we ever stay there. Feeling ripped off, does not inspire retention or return guests. Cheap 3 star venue that costs the equivalent of much more, renders this tired resort 3 stars at best. Most visitors to any of these types of places have expectations of a higher standard. Get the food right and pricing becomes a non issue. Daniel Thomas
