Absolutely Fabulous 👌... Could not have asked for better! Thank You Brad, Brooke, Tahnee, Georgia and Emily (who prepped our drinks). We've just been over to K'gari for a couple of days to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary. Stayed at K'gari Beach Resort and during the course of our dinner just happened to mention what we were there to celebrate. Around this time the kitchen must have gone into full on preparation mode, cos on requesting coffee before our departure were totally surprised with a board with the words ”HAPPY ANNIVERSARY” written on it in chocolate plus a delightful dessert. Coffee was 'on the house' along with a bottle of bubbly. So, Thank you McKenzie's On 75 and especially once again the wonderful staff .... Brad, Brooke, Tahnee, Georgia and Emily. We very highly recommend McKenzie's on 75 and K'gari Beach Resort. Thank You Chris and June

Loved our stay here, the resort, rooms and tours were fabulous. K’gari was beautiful and we loved the beauty spot tour and the west coast cruise, The Bistro was good and the food and service were great, bar staff were friendly. We would have liked to have gone to Dune but it was fully booked, I heard good reviews of the Asian food. Our only feedback would be about breakfast which was limited and fresh fruit, ie strawberries, lychees etc and Brown/Rye bread would be great additions.

The hotel was amazing as per usual, however the new staff member had no idea about the facilities and what each room had in them. We had a heap of microwave items we disposed of , just to find there was a microwave after being told there definitely wasn’t one. Maybe the staff need to look in the rooms every once and a while .

Parking right outside the rooms and a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The fan and AC in the room worked well and weren't too noisy. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shaving cream provided.

Another great stay at The Oaks. The realty wonderful clean , modern facilities easily make up for the current work on the pool. Not to mention the incredible ocean views and staff doing all they can to make your stay wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at the Oaks . We’ll be back in the new year. I called before arriving and they kindly arranged for me to pick up the key from the safe. It was convenient that I could park my car right in front of the property. The apartment was huge and of a good size that could fit a family of four easily. Travelling alone meant I had a massive amount of space. It appeared clean and had most of everything I wanted in there. It was a little dated and the ceiling fan perhaps needed some maintenance as the turning knob was a bit faulty. There were two air conditioners in the one bedroom apartment, one in the living area and one in the main bedroom. The bathroom was huge but was certainly strange to be positioned inside. The towels were clean and included a vanity light which helped, otherwise it would have been too dim. There was mould around the shower and toilet bowl. I would have preferred the controls in the shower to be one where I could turn it to the warm water section easily rather than having two taps and having to balance it in order to obtain hot water. The bed was very comfortable which was a bonus. I am unsure how safe it would have been if I kept the window open which could have saved quite a bit of electricity during winter where it was cool enough outside. When I checked out, there was no one at the reception so I left the key on the table as how other guests did as well. It is a comfortable enough apartment and was at a convenient location near the esplanade. I would certainly stay here again.
