I was booked into the Holiday Inn by my employer. It is outside the city centre which is good. When we looked at a restaurant at the Coast Hotel there were street people in the parking lot and around the immediate vicinity. The Holiday Inn is far enough from the city centre that this is not an issue that may make some people uneasy. The hotel is very new, is very clean, has very comfortable beds, pillows, nice quality bath products and Dove soap and lotion. Very well laid out room with numerous electrical outlets, well lit and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Staff seem happy at their work and are very helpful, especially Rose!

Booked into this hotel by travel company as part of Tour of Canadian Rockies. Arrived after a long day of travelling to be informed no food or bar available onsite. Appeared to be located on an industrial estate and no food available close by. Luckily we had been warned this may be the case so had some provisions with us. On entering the room was freezing cold. I tried to turn up the air con but it was stuck on cold and I couldn’t turn it off either. Went down to reception to ask for help. No maintenance staff available so a young employee, who admitted she’d only started that week and had no clue about much, was sent. She was unable to increase the temperature or turn the fan off. By this time it was like being in a fridge. Reception said the hotel was full and so no other room available. The only solution was removing the control panel which at least turned it off but left wires hanging out. Room was still incredibly cold and no other form of heating available. So instead of spending the evening relaxing with a drink and some snacks we had to get into bed to keep warm!! Very disappointing.

This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Kolam renang dibuka hanya jika anda menempah lebih awal. Rakan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat baik ketika kami mendaftar masuk, sangat akomodatif. Tetapi wanita yang berada di meja depan pada waktu pagi sangat kasar ketika kami memeriksa. Dia memandang kami seolah-olah kami kurang dari dia. Dia tidak pernah tersenyum, dia tidak pernah berterima kasih kepada kami, dia tidak pernah bertanya bagaimana penginapan kami tidak ada apa-apa, berdiri di sana tetapi dengan kasar mengatakan ok sudah selesai anda boleh pergi sekarang. Sekiranya dia tidak menyukai pekerjaannya, dia tidak seharusnya berada di sana. Pasti tidak akan kembali jika saya melihatnya di meja ketika kami tiba.

The hotel is clean, quiet and very easy to access from the freeway. I'm not a fan of continental breakfast, but there was a lot of options for those who are. There are quite a few restaurants close by for breakfast, and I found one with no problems. Check in/out was quick and easy and staff were really friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent 4 nights in the king suite with jacuzzi (2 rooms the size of an apartment, each with a fridge, coffee set up, full bathroom, TV, and fireplace). Full balcony with view of Mt. Baker was a great treat for morning coffee, and can be accessed from either room. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and cleaning staff were on top of everything. The included breakfast is a cafe like room with 2-3 staff to keep it running, including muffins, fruit, waffle-maker with toppings, yoghurt with parfait toppings, and hot breakfast items (scrambled eggs and sausage). I used the fitness centre, which wasn't large, but well-equipped - ball, pulley weights, treadmill, etc. Restaurant on site is large and has a nice heated balcony. There's also a Starbucks, Blenz, convenience store, and grocery very close by.

Beautiful room and very well decorated and came with a huge jacuzzi (which isn’t our thing really but certainly will appeal to others). The grounds where the cottage is are lovely and there are lots of relaxation areas including a hot tub (again if that’s your thing). Check in was straightforward although there did seem to be far more advance bureaucracy around documents/cars/parking etc than we have experienced in other places. Location - you’ll won’t need to walk more than 5 mins to get anywhere in Harrison. If you are interested in a stay at Harrison Hot Springs then this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

PPengguna TetamuWhen I entered the room, I put a comforter from home on the bed, covered all carpet with waterproof pads, used a ”fencing” to prevent my 2 dogs from being able to even get near the bed and they slept in their crates. We were only there to sleep and nothing else as we left before 7 every morning and back at bed time. The first morning I had a shower and water got on the bathroom floor. I wiped it up with a towel and it was black. That day I went to the store and purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom floor that night. We found two bobby pins, a hair elastic and a ball of human hair. The pillow smelled like ”sardines”. When we checked out, I made sure I mentioned it to the desk clerk so that she would make sure that it was cleaned a bit better. (Never mind no internet and TV was grainy and old but we didn't care as we weren't there much). Low and behold I get a call on the day of checkout that they are keeping my $200 deposit (I had already paid a $50 pet fee!). They sent me a picture of a couple hairs on the white sheet. Nothing else to justify these ”damages” and reason for keeping the deposit! I sent pictures of all of the stuff that I used to protect their room. Denied the refund! Read the reviews and notice that this is the experience of many people on here.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful even when I needed assistance with my room safe at night after returning late from a party. One staff member, Sijo Jose, was very helpful, pleasant and provided excellent service.

PPengguna TetamuChecked in around dinner time. The young women at the desk were friendly and very helpful, gave us a recommendation for two restaurants that were close by. The room was very clean and spacious, nice shampoo, conditioner and soap. The beds were really comfortable. We turned on the TV and got Netflix, Global news from all provinces and several different apps. Never had that in a hotel before. Will definitely stay there again. It was across the street from the mall but I wasn't in the mood to shop but will next time for sure.

The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay. Location is great for walking as the park and some shops and restaurants are located nearby.

PPengguna TetamuThis Hotel is largely un-staffed, we arrived late at night after 36 hours of travelling to find the security entrance code would not work, and no-one would answer the Hotel Emergency out of hours service. We eventually tracked someone down after a stressful 1/2 hour of thinking we would be sleeping on the street. The room itself was dated, varnish worn off the table top etc but functional, and clean... but read on. We stayed 7 nights and despite asking for the room to be refreshed twice, Les the manager never bothered to arrange it, so we spent the whole week with the same towels and bedding, very Lazy!! It has the look of a place inherited by a next generation who don't have the skills or interest their parents had On a positive note we had comfortable sleeps, on a good bed. So if you are looking for a basic budget no frills stay this could be for you

Great hotel at reasonable rate. Stated here on way to ferry. Stayed in newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean. Excellent job. Friendly staff and air conditioner works great. Lots or room. Nice little fridge and enough storage. Very quiet. Prices good considering high times in summer. A must stop at in Hope

PPengguna TetamuI'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
