Breakfast was stated to be available on weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Due to my schedule, I checked in late and was scheduled to check out at 12:00 p.m. I came down to the restaurant at 11:05 a.m., which was still within the posted breakfast hours. However, I was refused service by the staff and told that breakfast was already over. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the staff were eating the remaining food themselves afterward, laughing and chatting. This experience was quite unacceptable. Please be aware that the breakfast hours listed in the hotel facilities information differ from the actual operating hours enforced by the restaurant staff.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was really supportive. We visited during the Christmas season.

More than half an hour walk to the centre. Otherwise, it’s a very comfortable stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and allowing us to check in early was a huge plus. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, situated near great restaurants and offering easy access to the city center and main train station. Highly recommend this hotel!

Both trip com and the Hilton website mentioned a balcony being included in the room we selected it wascthe main reason we chose tgis hotel over others. Unfortunately, on arrival, we were informed there are no balconies for any rooms in the hotel. The room itself was ok. No fridge in the accessible room. I'm uncertain why the difference? The location is walking distance to PT, the old town, restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel is about 12 minutes away on tram from the central station and closed to the tram station and supermarkets. Breakfast is in good variety and food are to its standards for a 3-star hotel. The room is clean with renovated bathroom.

Hotel is located ~8 min from tram station and has private parking lots available. Room was clean and the breakfast was good for its price. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

Parking is a bit expensive. Breakfast offers limited choice

We felt very comfortable at the hotel, but the room was a bit small, although modern and very well soundproofed. Breakfast was an 8 out of 10, with variety and quality. The bed was very comfortable with two good pillows. The neighborhood is very quiet but on the outskirts of town. The hotel offers parking, but it costs €22 per night. I recommend parking outside, but bring your hotel clock, which is very common in Germany and France.

The air conditioner rattles so loudly that it's impossible to sleep. The springs in the extra bed are poking through. The chambermaid barges into the room without knocking.
