Perkhidmatannya bagus. Mereka adalah orang yang baik, tetapi apabila kami pergi ke bilik, ac tidak berfungsi dengan baik, terdapat rambut di tandas dan penutup botol di atas lantai, & microwave tidak dibersihkan sama sekali. Outstanding service from Langdon who greeted us with a smile and was very professional. The room was clean and quiet. We were happy with the breakfast offerings - breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, pastries. Nice convenient location next to the airport. Good value for choice privileges members at 10K points. Only drawback was that the pool wss closed for maintenance.

Checking in was easy and the receptionist went to other floors to find us a cart to bring in our items. She said they only have two. They really need more for a hotel this size, especially during a holiday travel week. Our room was on the third floor and the laundry on the second. The con, there is only one wash machine and one dryer for the whole hotel. The dryer was marked both $1.50 and $2 (it's $2), and the washer marked $1.50 but it was $2. It's not a big deal as you know if you have to add more or not and I planned on $2 for each. Someone who looks before going may only bring enough for how it's marked. There is no time for how long it takes so I averaged 35 minutes for the wash machine and 45 for the dryer. It worked out. The room was nice, beds comfortable, and plenty of coffee for morning. The TV was in an odd place. Only the bed in front could see it well. If sitting on the sofa, you couldn't and the other bed would have to turn the TV to an angle making it odd for the other bed to see. Having fan noise would have helped with the street noise but the unit would turn on and off and wouldn't allow a fan to run. I will stay there again with the plan of a small fan for white noise. The TV isn't that big of a deal for us since we don't watch it much. It's very clean and pleasant employees.
