Hotel Traube am See

Very nice, quiet, clean and modern hotel, with free parking, large selection choice for breakfast and bar/restaurant on site which is reasonably priced with good quality food. The rooms are spacious and come with a fridge, minibar selection, heating control and A/C. The only thing that is not in the room is a kettle. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in 12 hotels is during this trip, this one is definitely the worst. Hotel is 15 minutes drive from center city. Garage is very cramped, parking spaces really tight. “Superior” room had no air conditioning. Hotel stuff confused and unhelpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room is clean, great location and an amazing restaurant and lounge. I would stay there again.

Our room was infested with spiders as you can see in the pictures, in total I removed 11 spiders, (species unknown) from our room in two days. They were in the curtains, we found one in our bath towels, one in the spa bag, the rest were in random places along the walls and ceiling. We had not kept the windows open, so we don't know how they got in there. Finding one or two would not be a big deal, but there were 11 in total. I went to reception to see about switching rooms, the man working the desk was pleasant enough while we explained, but he shrugged off our complaint and said sorry. Pressing further, he told us "No room change". He then left the reception area, and went to the bar and started bartending, leaving us standing there with no further explanation... Apparently in the evening they work double duties. Aside from the spiders, the room was clean and otherwise well presented. The massage we had was good enough, and the breakfast buffet was quite good as well. Breakfast service staff was quite efficient and friendly also. Underground parking can be problematic in the evenings as there were not enough spaces when we went to park. All in all, I would not come back. An alleged four star hotel that should not have arachnid issues that they force guests to deal with.

Looked like a nice hotel online. Location is poor but what upset us was no tea making facilities, no fridge and no air con. Tried to book the restaurant but when we arrived they had not had it through. Generally felt hugely let down by the hotel

Nice clean hotel with modern facilities and decor. Staff very helpful and attentive. And a good restaurant and bar. It’s the best in the area of Friedrichshafen for sure. And is my first choice hotel that I use when on business in the area.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Traube am See. Die Lage, mit Blick auf den See und die Schweizer Berge am gegenüberliegenden Ufer, ist toll! Wir mussten mehrmals umbuchen, was immer sofort und sehr freundlich erledigt wurde. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Wellnessbereich, dort ausgezeichnete Anwendungen. Das gesamte Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) kann man gemütlich und sehr gut speisen! Allen vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Ein tolles Hotel!!! Mit Pool, wunderschönem Garten, tollem Saunabereich und Sandkasten für Kinder im Garten. Im Restaurant kann man hervorragend essen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr groß und auch hier super lecker. Wir waren schon öfter in der Traube am See und fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl! Es wurde auf alle unserer Wünsche, vom Zimmer mit zwei Schlafräumen, bis zu unseren Extra Wünschen beim Abendmenü eingegangen. Neu du HP Möglichkeit für Kinder, gestaffelt nach Alter-top! Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns mit Kleinkind sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!

Das Hotel liegt im Friedrichshafener Teilort Fischbach in zweite Reihe mit Blick zum See (im Winter bei wenig Laub sichtbar). Premium-Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz. Manche der Premium-Zimmer haben Gartenzugang, andere einen kleine Balkon (jeweils inkl. kleiner Terrasse mit 2 Gartenstühlen; Gartentisch). Tolles Frühstücksangebot, mit allem, was das Genießer-Herz begehrt; ein beliebtes und leckeres Frühstücksplus ist das Waffeleisen, um frische Waffeln selbst zu backen (sehr leckeres Waffelrezept!). Die Anbindung an Friedrichshafen ist per ÖPNV bequem und einfach (Bushaltestelle ca. 200-300 m fußläufig entfernt), Busse fahren regelmäßig, für einen Besuch in Friedrichshafen benötigt man also nicht unbedingt das eigene Auto. Der Wellnessbereich ist in zwei Bereiche geteilt: Schwimmbad und Saunalandschaft (textilfrei). Raffinierte Architektur: Im Saunabereich gibt es einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Kneipp-Gang, Wasserfall, Tauchbecken und Grotte - uneinsichtig von oben und dennoch im Umfeld des Stammhauses. Im Saunabereich hat es 1 Sauna, 1 Sanarium, 1 Dampfbad, verschiedene Duschbereiche, Ruhebereiche außen und innen sowie einen großzügigen Ruheraum. Massagen können zugebucht werden. Ein schönes, ansprechendes Haus, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, zuvorkommender Service, schön gestaltete Hotelbar und freundlicher Empfangsbereich. Für Gäste stehen zusätzlich ein Pool-Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine kleine Gästebibliothek zur Verfügung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - klare Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
