位置不錯，房間比較小，衞生間和台盆很小，空調老舊不熱，這幾天很冷，被子也薄，晚上冷的不行，衞生一般般，設施非常老舊，老闆人還可以。節日勉強住住，平時完全不值。

來第一條評價吧，總體來説，沙埕碼頭都是這類的民宿，達不到幾星酒店標準，但價格便宜，一百塊左右一晚，當地居民都很友好！

房間真的很nice，房東的叔叔阿姨很熱情。房間整體很乾凈也很大，提個小小的建議：衞生間太大了，牆上可以裝幾個置物架放東西😊強烈推薦去沙埕的朋友訂這家。
