Room was spacious and clean but other than that everything else was ok. Was expecting much better services and amenities for the room rate.

The private onsen pool was awesome
We could enjoy it anytime when we wanna do :)
Also Staffs were nice and breakfast was very good
If you have plans to see mt. Fuji and wanna travel around Lake Kawaguchi area, I strongly recommend here to stay for one night!
You will experience Japanese culture and enjoy onsen as well

The hotel is very good!!! My boyfriend and I both think that staying in this hotel is the best decision for this trip to Japan. There is a hot spring in the yard, which is private and very comfortable. We took a lot of photos

Super awesome private hot spring hotel. The service attitude is very good. Reservations are required for dinner. The food is very exquisite and delicious, and there are also introductions to each dish. The room is very good with a private bath, but the only drawback is that it is on the south bank of Lake Kawaguchi and you can't see Mount Fuji. For the same price, I recommend choosing a hotel on the north bank where you can see Mount Fuji.
