"We are staying in F cabin cos there are 3 of us. Staff and service are great. Best glamping experience (we had Dutch oven dinner). I am lucky to see a glimpse of mt. Fuji from our room. Overall experience is lovely but not for the price I paid. Breakfast box is a must have."

"體驗感很好的民宿。獨棟的日式別墅，有廚房和客廳。走路幾分鐘有好幾家餐廳，門口有公交車站可坐red line去河口湖，非常方便，乾淨整潔。前台雖然不會英語，但藉助翻譯軟件可以溝通。不足是很多窗户沒有窗簾，天亮了房間不遮光，影響睡眠。另外一個不足是衹有一個衞生間，人多就不方便了。"

"A localização é muito boa, as instalações do local também são excelentes.
O serviço de atendimento é bem fraco, principalmente considerando ser uma política de self check in, teoricamente a hospedagem te contacta via WhatsApp ou Line ou E-mail para te enviar o código de check in….teoricamente. Até hoje não recebi o meu código, conseguimos entrar digitando nome de quem fez a reserva. Ocorre que em se tratando de uma hospedagem sem recepção, alguns hóspedes podem ter dúvidas e se sentirem desconfortáveis com a falta de comunicação."

"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. Hospitality, cleanliness and food were perfect. Best value for a all-inclusive onsen resort by the lake.
Staff were friendly and attentive. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They received us from the carpark and got our baggage for us. When we left, they made sure to carry our luggage to the car.
Rooms and the guest onsen were clean, big and spacious, with propery air-conditioning and heating. It also has a good view of mount Fuji from the room balcony (though unfortunately it was raining for the 2 days which I was there)
The food was amazing as well, there were so many choices and we were left stuffed after both dinner and breakfast.
Would highly recommend anyone this all inclusive hotel if you have the chance."

"A very nice guesthouse-style hotel with relatively large rooms compared to traditional Japanese hotels. It’s very convenient for self-driving, with a parking lot right downstairs. From the left side of the window, you can catch a distant view of a corner of Mount Fuji. Great value for the price. However, there is one downside: the shower water flow is inconsistent, alternating between strong and weak, hot and cold throughout the day, as mentioned in other reviews. Hopefully, this issue can be improved soon."

"Very nice stay in Fuji although first few days were raining. Last day we can clearly see breath taking Mount Fuji view from our hotel rooms. It was pretty amazing. Hotel staffs are really helpful too. Can rent bike and go around nearby kawaguchi lake which is biggest lake and nicer view. Hotel provided for shuttle bus service to kawaguchiko station and also planned for BBQ part groceries shopping. We stayed there big group in two cottage. We enjoyed staying there and will be back for sure."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was spacious with a tatami bed and a bunk bed, it can comfortably sleep 3 people. There is also an air purifier in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, they are spotless."

PPICHEWA_I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways.
The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed.
My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet.
The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM)
The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds.

- There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor).

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nestled in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area. We stayed 3 nights in a room facing the lake with a magnificent view of Fuji-san. A van provides shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. The restaurant is not operational hence we either ate outside or bought food back from Lawson/7-11. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and there were Mandarin-speaking staff. We miss it very much even though we are now in Hoshino Amoriya, which speaks a lot about the Kumonoue Fuji!

PPengguna TetamuWas meant to be a “luxury” stay for us while we were at Mt Fuji area for 2 nights. The moment we stepped into our room on the 4th floor (modern room), the smell of body odour was so strong and terrible. We immediately asked for a change of rooms and they told us there were no similar rooms of the same price as they were fully booked. If we wanted to move, it would be a downgrade. The staff gave us some air freshener sprays and tried their best to shift an air purifier into the room, clean the room, etc but the horrible smell prevailed. They did not offer any options of moving us to another room and partially refunding us despite this being an issue caused by the hotel.
We opened the windows to circulate the air and even after a day of airing, the smell still stayed on. We were truly disappointed that this was the experience. The room was great, toilet well designed and whole room was spacious, except for the horrible body odour that spoiled everything. Stay would’ve been perfect cos we got to see Mt Fuji from our room!
Choose other floors if you want to stay here, lest you get this room.

PPengguna TetamuThis heotel is valued the money. I booked a room for 3 persons. One double bed and one single bed. The beds are comfortable enough to sleep. Hotel also provided extra pillow if you needed. There is only one pond in public bath for male room. And one for female room. The clenliness is acceptable. Breakfast is not variety choices but good quality. The car parking is available in front and at the back of the hotel.

ZZhaocanWent with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”.

Check out當日終於放晴，見到富士山一刻是很震撼，覺得很雄偉，美麗。
在河口湖市，想看富士山的朋友，這家酒店相當推介的。
