Ulasan Fuji Gran Villa - Toki -

Wonderful living experience!!! This is my second time be there. And feel lucky that live the same room as last time. Thanks for the great arrangement~

Firstly, the service was REALLY GREAT! Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Then, the place really fascinated us~ There were so many amenities provided and you can find almost everything you need for cooking etc. It was also very cosy~ Will definitely come back

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The villa is clean and big. We booked the one with the theatre view and can clearly see Mt Fuji from our room, the rooftop and hall. Definitely a good choice if you want to have a good view of Mt Fuji. There is even a projector in the room

Quite an enjoyable stay at Toki. Intended to have a bbq at rooftop however they charge a very high rental and set up fee. You can choose to opt out for daily housekeeping in exchange for 2000yen credit to purchase their items at reception. Varieties of item are limited though.

The service provided wasn’t up to standard and we felt that the counter staff weren’t the nicest. however, room was very clean and my family and I had a good stay!

It was a wonderful experience living in Japan home which we able to cook and enjoy hot meal in a cold weather

I decided to book this hotel cuz I cannot watch the Mt. Fuji at the first time with one day trip. Happy that I could get the nice view of Mt.Fuji in the morning. Appreciated that the staffs’ services here, their attitude are nice and patient. Thank you for their professional service provided. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service to send us to the nearby station or Fuji Highland, which you need to make the appointment with hotel before the day. There is a kitchen in the hotel you could buy your own ingredients from the supermarket nearby. Much pity that I only stay there for one night. Would recommend the hotel to my friend! The hotel room is clean and well equipped. You could also get the bath salt from the information centre if you would like to bath!

Overall it was nice and new apartment stay. We liked the kitchen and bath tub. They provided free rubber duckies for my kid which was such a nice touch. We stayed 3 nights and got to see Mt fuji only on the 3rd day morning as it was cloudy most days. It was a lovely view. :) On a Sunday around 7pm there was fireworks as well from fuji Q. My only gripe is we had to remind for 3 towels (as 3 people stayed only 2 towel provided), we reminded 3 times over the 3 night stay.. I don't know why is this so difficult? :( Also for families with young child kindly note they dont provide cot. However they do provide bed guard. Also they do not provide washer dryer which would have been good to have. That said, the staff did seem helpful and polite. I enjoyed the stay! :)

It’s a good hotel for family

Strong point for this hotel is the Mont Fuji view, really amazing! Breakfast nothing special but not bad. Perfect and super comfortable the free service bus to Kawaguchiko (but is just in the morning time). The Grand Villa building is really big and super modern style so really recommend, the only thing I was a bit disappointed is about the rooftop because it was really damaged and neglected so we didn’t used it at all.
