Saya tinggal buat pertama kalinya. Oleh kerana keluarga mengesyorkan sarapan, restoran ditutup di Corona, jadi dua kali ganda untuk penginapan di hotel. Terdapat khabar angin bahawa kemudahannya lama dan elektrik berkelip-kelip, tetapi saya berpuas hati dengan bilik ***a Jepun, sama ada bilik itu diubah suai di tempat-tempat lama. Anda boleh memilih kemudahan, pembuat kopi, minuman alu-aluan, ruang rehat, dan saya mahu anda menjual atau menjualnya sebagai pencuci mulut karamel garam gula-gula selamat datang ★ Pada hari terakhir Obon, pelanggan juga berkonsentrasi ketika sarapan, jadi saya rasa lebih baik menyebarkannya di pintu masuk daripada mengambil sarung tangan di dekat bufet. ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Absolutely loved Lyf Tenjin Fukuoka hotel. The workers were all super friendly and spoke English. Lyf staff were also so helpful when I had any questions, and when I locked myself out of my room haha. The hotel starts on the third floor of the building. The third floor is a coliving area, and has the check-in area, a kitchen, tons of seating (including a balcony), a pool table, laundry room, smoking room, and restrooms. Artwork was also displayed and the style of this whole hotel is just unmatched. It has a lively pop theme that feels comfortable and happy. There's a rooftop bar and a wine bar on the first floor. I'm usually an introvert, but it was so much fun to just chill in there why all these people hung out, kinda felt like being in a college dorm. I was provided with any amenities I could need, which was fantastic because I forgot my hairbrush. I loved the room! Some people said it was too small but I thought it was perfect for one or two people, and it was so cozy. The wall art was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, as well as the shower, and I even liked that the TV had apps. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Fukuoka!!!

2021年12月に、福岡の大名にできたホテルです。本を読み放題のホテルとして有名です。1階には深夜も営業しているカフェがあり、ここにあるたくさんの本を部屋に持ち込むことができます。 ドアを開けると目の前にベッドがあるので、部屋は一見すると狭いように見えますが、快適な広さお風呂が広くて快適！また、照明が優しい感じでこれも快適です。 ホテルの近くにはローソンとドラッグイレブンもありますが、飲み屋が多くてコンビニが少ないので、必要性なものは事前に買ってからホテルに行くといいです。

From Fukuoka Airport, buy the one day subway pass (it is cheaper as you can go for unlimited rides). Take the subway from airport to akasaka station exit 5. Come out. walk 10m and turn right at first junction. Hotel is about 400 m to the right as you walk down the lane. There is a small carpark in front of the hotel and it is covenient to drop there and collect your bags. The staff is nice and welcoming. You collect what you require for your stay from the table provided at the registration area. I will come back again.

Overall, the hotel is good, conveniently located, with shops nearby to meet daily needs. The staff are friendly, especially the room tidying staff, who are seen tidying up the rooms every morning. The bathroom floor is higher than the room, so it's a bit inconvenient to get out of the bathroom. The emergency flashlight in the room was not working. I hope it will be improved in the future.

Fuimos solo por dos dias, buena eleccion, por la ubicacion, muy centrico, puedes tomar buses o caminar un poquito hasta estacion de subterraneo. Habia reservado habitacion semidoble, pero me la cambiaron por una doble, se agradece la atencion. Nos toco en el 5to piso, y los pasadizos olian mucho a cigarro (menos mal mi habitacion por dentro no). El baño tambien tenia un fuerte olor a humedad. Aparte de esos dos inconvenientes, todo bien, limpieza OK, atencion del personal OK. funcionamiento en general OK. La calidad del shampoo, reacondicionador de cabello y jabon liquido, muy buenos, marca Pola. El desayuno, si es un poco basico (y no es preparado por un gran chef, solo para salir del paso) pero cumple con el minimo.
