Staff is very nice. There is a free louge for cofee and tea during 7.00 AM - 24.00 PM. We could leave a luggage during our short trip to other city for 5 days without any charge.

Pro: The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries.
Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful.
Con: Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases.
There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.

コスパがとても良かったです。 部屋も広い、場所も便利、でも静か、設備整っててキレイ。細やかな気遣いが、サービス力を感じさせられました。ほぼ難点ナシですが、何かあるとしたら、部屋に充電器置いてくれてて最高！と思いきや、使えなかったデス。接触が悪かった。 が、自分で持っているのでそんな事は全くマイナスでもないです。 喫煙所が1階にあって便利ですが、ゴミ箱欲しかったかな。紙コップとタバコの箱捨てたかったけど無くて持ち帰りました。 それくらいしか見当たらないくらいとても素敵なホテルでした。又来ます❗️

This is my second time here. This time we booked a triple room. Room is huge. It’s so spacious we can lay down 4 big luggages on the floor. We have the corner room for 3 with 3 single beds, the bathroom and toilet are separate. Electric bidet is a standard . There are 2 big lavatories. Toiletries are complete, with make up remover, moisturizer, etc.
Breakfast food is extravagant! They serve wagyu beef A-4, freshly cooked. We love everything in the buffet spread. Mentaiko, the good quality fermented butter, the bread, fresh vegetables, beef curry, yogurt, ramen.
Location is good, few minutes walk to tenjin and canal city. Hakata station is a bit farther but also walkable. Subway station and supermarket is a few meters away. We bought some juicy peaches and cheese in the supermarket.

Good location, just 5 mins from hotel to metro station. Lots of food shops near hotel, especially the self-service drink machine in hotel, you can use it unlimited as you want during open time. I’m surprised the breakfast is so diverse and delicious, lots of food you can choose! I’ll be back definitely! Highly recommended!

Room size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

PP CLocation is excellent & convenient. You can easily access to the subway station at B1 especially on a rainy day. Lot of restaurants around the area. Service is good & the front desk staffs are very helpful, can speak fluent English.

Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

WWenlingLocation of the hotel was good, right in the heart of town. Many restaurants around and Lawson convenient store right downstairs. Malls on the left and Canal City a 10 minute walk away. Cons is that this is really basic for the price. They don't provide water in the room and only basic housekeeping if requested for. Reception staff doesn't look friendly. Washing machine and microwave provided in the room. Size of the room is bed is good considering its in Japan.

PPengguna TetamuThe capsule hotel is tastefully decorated and there’s a happy hour from 5.30-6.30pm daily where u can choose between beer and lemon sour drink. The location is great too. However, as the sleeping area is quite dark, it’s possible to see all the dust floating around under the lights and on the first day, there was no air conditioning so it was super hot. On the second day, the aircon was switched on and on the third day, the aircon was switched off or reduced in the morning which made the place warm and stuffy again. I’m from a tropical place but the heat was really making me unwell since it’s indoors. One can switch on the fan in the cubicle but it’s also really dusty. The bed is comfortable but the sheets are too small and keeps coming off. The bed can be in a sofa position but it can become flat. When it becomes flat, the bed takes up all the space in the cubicle so one cannot store anything high upright (even a backpack must lie down) under the bed storage area. There’s 3 showers and 4 toilets which thankfully were not fully occupied at any one time. Towels need to be requested if staying more than one night. Toothbrush, cotton bud, cotton pad, a pack of tissue, sleeping ear plugs, towels are provided, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are in the bathroom. They provide paper towels and paper cups at the sink area. Overall it’s a really dusty place with weird temperature control which really affects one sleep so I wouldn’t be staying there again.

HHungryManA Great place to stay if you're in Fukuoka for a short visit, or even longer. If the prices remain within a sensible range I will choose to return here.
The positives:
• location is a short walk from Gion station, Nakasu, Kushida/Shinto shrine, Tochoji Temple and has plenty of resturants in the area to choose from.
• the rooms are well cleaned before checkin, the beds are very comfortable (small double beds) and the sheets clean.
• Good water pressure and reliable hot running water.
• Good quality body wash and shampoo/conditioner
• Free coffee available 7am to 8pm, washing facilities onsite and a basic breakfast option offored.
• Good soundproofing.
The negatives:
• 4pm checkin, but this seems normal for Japan.
• There is a luggage storage area with some locks provided but I personally dont feel this is very safe should someone choose to act (there are security cameras in public areas covering the luggage storage)
• No room cleaning service, an additional 3000Y charge if requested.
• The rooms are equiped with tablets for services such as checking out, the cameras should probably have locks/covers provided.

PPengguna Tetamu호텔 주변에 있는 지하철이 나나쿠마선이라서 공항에서 올 때 환승해야 한다는 게 살짝 번거로웠어요. 그리고 호텔 주변에 캐널시티나 텐진 지하상가가 걸어서 12분 거리이고 걸어 다니는 여행을 좋아함에도 불구하고 일본 여름에는 10분 이상 걷는 건 무리더라구요. 겨울에 일본 왔을 때는 2키로도 가볍게 걸었는데 여름에 10분 거리 만만하게 보지마세요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 겨울에는 호텔 위치가 좋다 할 수 있을 것 같지만 여름에는 위치로 추천을 못 하겠어요.. 호텔은 화장실에서 기분 나쁜 퀘퀘한 냄새와 담배 냄새가 났던 거, 방 크기 빼고는 괜찮았고 방 예약을 잘못해서 현장에서 추가요금 3박에 10만원 내고 친절하게 소파 침대가 있는 트윈룸으로 바꿔주셨어요. 하지만 여느 일본 숙소들처럼 방이 정말 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠 수 있는 공간이 없더라구요. 방에 러기지랙이 있었긴 하나 이것을 펼칠 공간도 없어서 침대 위에서 캐리어 열고 닫고 했습니다. 몇 가지 단점 빼면 호텔 쾌적하고 친절하셔서 좋았어요👍👍

The musical fountain next to the hotel with loud volume awoke us every 10am in the morning. On the last day of our stay in 7am. The couple next door were having noisy adult exercise… bang bang bang… to the wall between our room was sucks. We heard their yelling and breathing clearly all thru the time. We didnt take any photos from the room…Its really a terrible experience for our stay….n we will not come again..
