Ulasan Hakata Green Hotel No.1

Hotel is easily accessible from the Hakata train station - about 5 minutes walk away. Check in time is considered early at 1pm too! Laundromat is available at a few levels within the hotel and it’s pretty fast for both washing and drying, maximum 150 minutes for heavy load. Lots of options for food and shopping around the Hakata station area. There’s a Yodabashi where I got some sports products and handphone accessories too. From Hakata station, you can easily take the train ride out to Tenjin district for shopping, Odori Park to visit the Fukuoka Castle ruins or take a bus to Fukuoka Tower. I took a train ride out to Kumamoto for a day trip!

Excellent location for Hakata station, very convenient for the Shinkansen. Staff very helpful during check in and check out. Room and furniture very well laid out so it didn't feel as cramped as many Japanese hotels. Fridge freezer, Excellent hair dryer, plenty of sockets and USB ports, great lighting, powerful Aircon, everything I needed in the bathroom. Only slight downsides were very thick duvet, rather thick and firm pillows.

Excellent location. Nice staffs. Fridge is 2 doors with separate freezer n fridge. Prefect. Please be aware that hotel no longer storing the luggages after check out from Oct 2025.

Location is extremely good that only 30 mins are required to go airport. The staff is very polite and nice. I will come back again.

This hotel is at perfect location which is only steps away from the Hakata station. There are two Family Marts and one Seven Eleven nearby, and lots of shopping malls and restaurants for one to choose. The room is spacious regarding the usual standard of hotels in Japan, and it is clean and well equipped. The TV screen is large and can connect to Netflix or Disney Plus. The price is low and it is worth staying. I will stay here again when I visit Fukuoka in the future.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the location is a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station, and there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. I would recommend it to my friends if they stay in Fukuoka.

The location is amazing. But the room has a lingering smoke smell even though I requested for a non smoking room. The ventilation only makes it worse. If only this can be solved I am sure this will be a much more enjoyable stay. After a sleep you wake up smelling a bonito flake 🥹

Everything is good. Location convenient, very near Hakata station. Too bad the free deposit luggage service is removed from Oct 2025.

Super convenient, near bus station and mtr station Very safe for one person

A very nice, modern and well, equipped, hotel. This place is close to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding amenities, making it a great choice for travelers. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the overall hygiene is satisfactory. However, the front desk staff were noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful, which negatively affected the check-in experience. Although the hotel has implemented a self-checkout system, it would be appreciated if staff could still offer assistance when guests need help. Additionally, the hotel provides luggage storage, but charges ¥2000 per item—a fee I’ve rarely encountered elsewhere and found quite unreasonable. Overall, the facilities are solid, but the service quality definitely needs improvement.

Good hotel in a convenient location of town. Would recommend staying here if you want to be located near the city, airport and train stations.

The location is just 2 mins walk from the Hakata station, the room is comparatively spacious in Japan. We Enjoyed our stay , will recommend to couples visiting Hakata
