Facilities: Decent enough. Cleanliness: Pretty clean room. Environment: Generally okay. Service: A bit lacking. Overall, it was just average. The room was a bit cramped, and breakfast had to be eaten at the neighboring Palace Hotel, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with convenient transportation links and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The two beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family of four. We had some incredible fresh, live squid at a restaurant near the hotel; the squid strips were prepared as tempura and it was absolutely delicious! We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Fukuoka!

I booked an additional night before my arrival (for a total of 2 nights) so that my family and I could check in before the standard 3:00 pm time. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the foreign staff member didn’t bother to listen or even check our reservation. With an unfriendly smile, he repeatedly insisted that the check-in time was 3:00 pm. We tried to explain and even showed our booking details in both English and Japanese, but there was absolutely no empathy and the service was extremely poor. We were finally able to check in after another staff member stepped in to help. However, the initial experience left us with a very unfriendly welcome and fell far below the Japanese service standard we expected. ( We ever lived in Japan many years)

The location in the bustling downtown area is perfect for travel. The room is spacious, the environment is pleasant, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is also good.

Very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was quite clean, and it's right across from Canal City.

Asked for house cleaning service but they didnt do it. And no phone at the room to call. The bed and bed sheets are not cosy at all.

Great room size, walking distance to Canal City Mall, many restaurants nearby. Offers parking space for ¥2500 (in/out ok).

The front desk service was excellent, especially the male manager from Sri Lanka who was very friendly. The room was soundproof, warm, and offered great value for money.

Spacious rooms, friendly service, great location. The check in and check out were simple.

Wer enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great room and bathroom, though the view from the room was basically just a wall. Also the window be opened.
