Good location. New, clean and nice room. But size might be too small for family.

Good hotel. 2mins walk fron hakata station. Have all the amenities you need. The only thing is there is no facilites.

Location is easily accessible by train(Hakata Station) and bus(Hataka bus terminal). Take elevator on the west exit side to Level 2 and walk across the bridge to other end passing bus terminal's Macdonald at level 2 and use the escalator if has luggage. Walk to west exit 6 from train station basement if has no luggage. Tokyu Rei is behind Route Inn and Toyoko Inn and opposite Comfort Hotel. Room size is expected as in booking. Staff's service is basic and no mention of free drinks which we only found out on the 2nd day of stay when we saw guests drinking. We did not watch TV programmes hence didn't read the information on TV. No greeting whenever we enter, the male staffs even seems busy looking down all the times when we entered. The only time we were greeted was when we checked out though not sure if they are the same staffs. Room is dusty as I got itcheyes through out the 2 nights I stayed which was rare even with purifier on. Regardless, still recommend this hotel for convenience. Amenities self service at lobby. Water provides in room. No bathtub.

Room was very clean, just a bit small and location was perfect, closed to Hakata station and also car rental company

Location is very convenient either to shopping malls and public stations. Breakfast is light but the food quality is up to standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will return if traveling to Hakata again.

The hotel location is good , about 4-5 mins walking distance to the JR station and shopping malls. However, the hotel room is small and the facilities are a bit old. It is not worth of the price over USD 150.

Great value for the money! The room size is ok (under Japan hotel standard) Very convenient location. Room is clean. They provide one-off skin and body care products in the lobby for free. Also water machine is available at the room floor. Rather environmental friendly hotel.

Pretty impressed with the size of the room. Bigger than what I cld get in Tokyo and Nagoya,at similar prices. There was microwave and water dispenser available in common area. The location is just fantastic. Bathroom super neat and clean.

The hotel is only minutes away from Hakata station. The Hakata station is connected to several big department stores, which surely will satisfy all the shopping desires. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful even though the room size is a bit compact.

Room is big, two twin beds, spacious toliet with bath tub and shower, shower is super comfortable room is clean, good service, convenience to the airport by taxi below 2000 yen.
