Hotel locate at good location and close to attraction around the city. close to mini mart (Lawson) across the road close to bus stop

Can travel to other places by buses or taxi, or walk. Near the market was the only reason i picked this hotel.

Brand new hotel. The room was clean and the service was great. They had a nice top floor public bath too.

Room is dirty,some rubbish on the side of the window,e.g.several soft drink cans.Beside,the room size is enough for four person.i

I have a pleasant stay. Location is conveniently. As in Japan I think the room is quite spacious for 3 of us .

Room size is good and have space for 2 big luggage. Bathroom is standing shower which we prefer to the bath tub. However, need to allow time to walk to the hotel from subway (need change train line at Hakata). Nearby we found 2 24hour restaurants

Very nice room, friendly staff and great facilities for laundry and working. Comfy bed, and very close to everywhere.

The rooms were well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. Its convenient location, coupled with easy access to transportation, made exploring the city a breeze. The excellent facilities and the comfortable rooms ensured that my stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient oasis with top-notch amenities.

Very new very clean. Check in process was very smooth and easy. They only provided toothbrush and cottonpads and razors as amenities though. No lotion or q tips.

The hotel is relatively new and cater to business travellers and tour groups. It is clean and check-in was a breeze. The beds were super comfortable. But i I have 2 complaints: Parking is expensive at ¥1,700 per night, and the rooms were very small, when we open our luggage we have to "overcome" obstacles to mover around the room

地點一般，地鐵站行5-7分鐘 酒店門前有巴士可直達博多站，比坐地鐵更方便 房間細，未能打開2個大喼 垃圾桶細，根本放唔到垃圾😂 有些個人用品（如棉花棒，浴帽）可向職員取 酒店職員友善，最後一天坐的士到機場，請酒店職員幫忙預約，職員樂意幫忙😊

福岡Cross life柳橋，整體設計活潑且不舊，且距離渡邊通地鐵站（離博多車站2站），距離藥院西鐵站也不遠，但3人房空間真的很窄，開一個行李箱已是寸步難行
