Great location, remembered find Underground passway P5. This is old hotel but with elegant service. I would say the Japanese breakfast set was our high light of staying here. Room is relatively old but very clean. The price is not cheap but this is a good choice if you want to have 4,5stars hotel service standard. Alternatively, there are a lot of hotels nearby without high standard service (labour's intensive ).

This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

Situé dans une zone de bureaux et diverses entreprises, le bâtiment ne semble pas attrayant de premier abord. De plus il y a peu ou pas de commodités autour. Cependant,bien que ce soit un vrai labyrinthe sans aucun écriteau en anglais et très peu de personnes le parlant aussi, ce lieu est incroyable à l'intérieur (digne du château dans Chihiro!) De nombreux bains et un restaurant typiquement japonais très agréables viennent ajouter du charme au lieu. Les chambres sont dépourvu de salle de bain et toilettes mais vous en trouverez sur le palier avec tout le nécessaire de toilette. Vous pouvez aussi vous faire masser ou faire quelques courses moyennant quelques billets. C est un lieu un peu cher mais dans lequel on peut bien se reposer.

第一次住福岡，酒店同地鐵站5分鐘距離算近，兼且出口附近有24小時超市。坦白講，行去博多都10分鐘左右，平博多酒店大約50-70%。一個人或者兩個人住非常便宜，值得推薦。房間乾淨，只係比較細，不過日本酒店不嬲都唔係大。前台服務員都識簡單英文。

　身内の伝でこのホテルを知りました。一部屋2人 計4人利用だったのと、博多に夜用事があったので、地下鉄ですぐ出られたのは立地面で助かりました。「大浴場」は淡い期待がありましたが、民宿のようなこじんまりとした懐かしさがある…。　4人入ればいっぱいかな、、、　部屋は温度切り替えが　High and Lowと3段階しか調整できない部分は 設備の部分なので、仕方ないのかな。。。　翌朝の朝食はたいへんおいしかったですが、ほとんど接客はなかったですね、ウエイトレスさんは奥に引っ込んだまま。　フロントの方は利発で快活なみなさんでした。

部屋は大手ビジホに比べると広く、余裕がある。 キャリーを広げるのに困るホテルも多いが、このホテルは全く問題ない。 駅からも地下道P1,P3を使えば距離もグッと近くなるので良い。 また、地下道500mくらい歩くと博多駅と接続するのでこれも便利。 数分歩けば中洲なので朝ごはんはここで24時間やってるラーメンとするのもおすすめ

It was base for visit as tourist and as hotels go was very acomadating the rooms are compact but very tidy and every item you need toiletries galore dressing gowns , slippers , water tv fridge , looks like very good Japanese restaurant on site always busy not expensive . The hotel is first rate it's compact so if you need space this is not the hotel but rooms are very nice bathrooms are very compact but actually good great shower load hot water and basket full of stuff loads of it + every type soap shampoo in dispensers very good quality , Wi-Fi was OK not super fast

博多駅から近く、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。コンパクトなお部屋ですが、Wifi環境も客室毎に個別で設定されていてビジネス等で宿泊するには十分だと思います。朝食はサラダやベーコン等の洋朝食で、ホテルで作っている自家製のアップルバターが非常においしかったですし、パンのおかわり無料も嬉しかったです。またスタッフの方から朝食券は姉妹ホテルの方でも使用でき、そちらには和朝食があるそうなので、次回宿泊の際に利用したいと思います。

Not being able to find any traditional ryokan in the city of Fukuoka/Hakata, we booked a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Hakata. The place was very clean and comfortable, and even came with a washing machine (which we didn't need to use). Other than no closets or dressers, the apartment served us very well; it was spacious (much more so than the typical apartment that one rents in Japan), and was conveniently located to the main street that led to Hakata JR Station. Access to the building was controlled by an entry code keypad, so there was that level of added security. Highly recommended.

We are enjoying for staying here :-) The location is good, quiet and clean. It's about 15min walking distance from Hakata Station. There got a family mart in 10min walking distance. The room is very clean. There got some amenities facilities as the pictures shows. As a nutshell, I will recommend it to my friends who going to travel in Foukouka.
