This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

Great location, remembered find Underground passway P5. This is old hotel but with elegant service. I would say the Japanese breakfast set was our high light of staying here. Room is relatively old but very clean. The price is not cheap but this is a good choice if you want to have 4,5stars hotel service standard. Alternatively, there are a lot of hotels nearby without high standard service (labour's intensive ).

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

Lokasinya sangat mudah, tidak jauh dari pintu keluar Chikushi stesen Hakata. Bilik itu bersih dan selesa, dan kolam renang serta mata air panas bagus. Walau bagaimanapun, saya menjangkakannya kerana ulasan sarapan pagi adalah baik, tetapi saya agak kecewa. Mentaiko terkenal Hakata melekat pada makanan Jepun, tetapi ia benar-benar sedikit. Ikan bakar dan telur gulung memang nipis dan mengecewakan. Memang mengecewakan kerana rasanya yang sedap. Juga, pada kali ini kakitangan restoran boleh membawa nasi dan sup miso yang diisi semula di tapak tangan dan bukannya meletakkannya di atas dulang, jadi saya fikir ia tidak kelihatan sangat baik, jadi saya fikir ia harus diperbaiki. . meningkat. Juga, kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel di Kyoto, saya harap terdapat lebih banyak jenis jeruk. Apa yang paling mengejutkan saya ialah pengisian semula kakitangan restoran.

호텔 외관도 깔끔하고 로비도 너무 깔끔해요. 체크인 체크아웃 모두 셀프로 가능하고 호텔리어분들이 잘 도와주세요! 객실은 트윈룸을 이용했는데요, 캐리어 2개 펼치고도 좁지않았어요. 화장실도 너무 깔끔하고 샴푸 린스 바디워시 다 있어요 ㅎㅎ 호텔 입지는 텐진과도 가깝고 근교로 가는 버스정류장과도 가까워서 이동하기 좋았어요. 저는 근처 나카스 정류장에서 쇼와버스를 타고 이토시마를 다녀왔는데 정말 좋았습니다❤️ 저는 일년 중 가장 추운날에 와서 아쉬웠지만, 따뜻한 날에 오면 이 호텔의 장점이 더 생겨날거같아요 다음에 후쿠오카에 오게된다면 다시 예약하려 해요🎶🎶

Actually I have been there before several times before the covid-19. This time I visited 2 Dormy Inn, one in Hiroshima and the other at Gion, Hakata. I found that the breakfast in both hotels were really not up to standard. Choices were limited and I should say poorly supplied. I would come again however, would definitely skip the breakfast booking.

因為航班原因在福岡住了一晚，沒想到還挺驚喜的，首先福岡機場離城市很近，國內到達在航站樓做地鐵3站就到市中心了，酒店也在附近，步行不到10分鐘的樣子，酒店外觀是混凝土清水模，很有設計感，室內空間也很寬敞，大堂有免費的咖啡和飲料自助，自助早餐在大堂側邊的餐廳裏，就是餐廳座位不多，我們早餐趕上高峯衹能坐在大堂裏的桌子上吃的，時間允許的話記得錯峯前往，日本服務業整體的感受都挺好的，服務主動，態度友好。附近有座神廟，參觀的人也不多，城市給人的感覺很舒適，被種草了，有機會還是挺想再來這個城市旅行，據說九州也是很多本國人自然風光旅行的首選。

HafH Fukuoka THE LIFE was a great hostel in the middle of Fukuoka and we'd highly recommend. The private room we had was spacious and came with our own private bathroom as well. The bed is very big and super comfortable. We really loved the breakfast too which we didn't include in our booking but ended up ordering almost every morning, so if you have to option we'd recommend including this. The staff spoke great English and were super helpful and always super friendly when we entered the reception/cafe area. The cafe would be a great place for someone who would want to work remotely from Fukuoka with great food options (as already mentioned) and good coffee too. The hostel is located about a 15 minute walk away from the bus/train station which for us wasn't a problem but something to take into account. You could take another local bus though if you didn't want to walk. We did really love the location though as there so much to do and see in the area. Perfect for shopping next door in Canal City, great food at the small Yatai or food stalls that Fukuoka is famous for and bus stops around the corner that can take you to other parts of the city easily. It would've been great to have laundry service or machines inside but the staff actually walked us to one outside that was pretty nearby.

博多旧市街、櫛田神社の参道近くなので中洲川端の商店街に出るもよし、旧市街の古風なうどん屋さんに行くもよし。 浴槽がない部屋というのは日本では珍しいけど、これからはこれで良いですよね。 若干気になったのは、洋服タンスがないこと。連泊で部屋を散らかしっぱなしにしたくないものね。

Very clolse to Gion station (2-3 mins). Walking distance from Hakata station, too (10-15 mins). There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around this ryokan. There are two shared bathrooms (with shower) with a lock, and more than 4 high-tech toilets if i'm not wrong. The building is quit old but clean enough to me. Easy checkin and checkout. The kind owner (older guy) speaks English. If you want to enjoy hotel stay, it might be a good idea to choose the ordinary hotels. But if you want to experience something different or just want to stay (sleep) overnight, Yamamoto Ryokan could be one of the good options.

A Great place to stay if you're in Fukuoka for a short visit, or even longer. If the prices remain within a sensible range I will choose to return here. The positives: • location is a short walk from Gion station, Nakasu, Kushida/Shinto shrine, Tochoji Temple and has plenty of resturants in the area to choose from. • the rooms are well cleaned before checkin, the beds are very comfortable (small double beds) and the sheets clean. • Good water pressure and reliable hot running water. • Good quality body wash and shampoo/conditioner • Free coffee available 7am to 8pm, washing facilities onsite and a basic breakfast option offored. • Good soundproofing. The negatives: • 4pm checkin, but this seems normal for Japan. • There is a luggage storage area with some locks provided but I personally dont feel this is very safe should someone choose to act (there are security cameras in public areas covering the luggage storage) • No room cleaning service, an additional 3000Y charge if requested. • The rooms are equiped with tablets for services such as checking out, the cameras should probably have locks/covers provided.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.
