I booked this hotel for my layover to Hokkaido because it’s one of the closest to the airport with a reasonable price. After a tiring day exploring Fukuoka, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, even though it was quite late at night.
The room was just right for a short stay, had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The complimentary breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The highlight of their service is definitely the free shuttle to both the domestic and international airports.
I’ll definitely stay here again for a layover!

訂此酒店要注意的是，這是公寓式並須自助check-in及check out的酒店，因此，並沒有大堂及任何人士協助，事實上我訂時是沒為意，入住當天一大早在另一間酒店check out後，便直接拖行李到酒店，計劃先放下行李，到下午三時可check in時便辦理入住。怎料，到酒店地下門口時，發現那應該是有其他住客的公寓，因我未到入住時間，沒能進入大廈，唸住跟其他住客先進入公寓時，便被其他住客惡意態度對待，還用手將我推往公寓外；無奈站在路邊發電郵到酒店客服，詢問有否寄存行李服務，接著便要久久等候回覆，最後回覆當然是沒有此服務，唯有拖著行李再乘地鐵往其他站，去找寄存行李的locker服務，到夠鐘入住時才check in。其實，酒店內部衞生及設備都不錯，只是，如果帶著行李須搬酒店的話，便不宜訂此酒店，因其入住時間是比一般其他酒店晚，要下午三時，且沒有寄存行李服務，真的比較不方便。

Stayed for 4 nights in the end of December. Location wise this is quite a walk from Hakata station Chikushi exit, around 10-13 minutes depending on walking speed. I visited in December and thus the walk was not that bad but during summer I don't think it is ideal. However, if you do not feel like walking, you can take the local bus from Hakata station bus terminal and alight opposite the hotel. Coincidentally, the same bus/buses also go to the Lalaport Mall if you are thinking of visiting it like I did. In terms of the room, it is small but sufficient for 2 people. One complaint I do have is that the water heater takes quite some time to heat up. Bed was comfy and pillows were decent. You can request for pillows at the front desk if required. For breakfast, options were rather limited but taste wise, it is excellent. Definitely go for the Danish Pastry and Croissants and put them into the toaster. There is a free onsen for guests who want to use but I did not try it. There is also a free drink bar where you can get cafe type coffee and soft drinks on level 14 so do make use of it. Overall, a decent stay and will recommend it if nearer hotels are not available or more expensive.

A great location with a decent sized room (compared to other similarly priced lodgings). We ended up leaving our bags at the hotel a couple of nights before checking in, and the staff was just absolutely accommodating and fulfilled all of our needs.
The amenities ready at the front were also great, and the tea bags were for grabs which also I thought was a nice touch.
It was a bummer we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but we are definitely willing to come back to this location

This is out of expectations. The hotel is relatively new and modern. Location is good, very close to the Hakata Station. All the staff are professional and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. We would love to book for a few more nights but sadly they were fully booked. But definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean.We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance.
The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY).
Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.

Zzh3usFull marks for Dormy Inn, we had impeccable service from the service team over there this time round. As we were using them as a platform to travel throughout Kyushu, we had left some baggage with them while we were away. They were nice enough to keep the baggage for us after they had validated that we have subsequent booking.
The breakfast roast beef was 10/10 best ever, they had an expensive Balmuda Toaster which allows for your toast to be fluffy while crispy and they have a Japanese style breakfast spread consisting of small plates including Mentaiko and Salmon Tartare.
Location is close to Hakata Station, it takes about 12 minutes walk to reach there. Just opposite is FUK Coffee, they serve fantastic expresso coffee and just down the street on the left is an AEON MAX VALUE 24 hour supermarket with cheap bentos, sushi, alcohol and sashimi available. Moving more on the left side direction is a shopping street with Daiso and other amenities.
I have to say that in general, Dormy Inn’s public baths – onsen facilities are top notch, they do not close after midnight (other than the sauna), the shower head is $300 in price from Refa and their hot water mixer taps are not press per use, but those normal ones you just turn on and it runs the water. The public bath is 10/10 fantastic.
During our last night there, Super Typhoon Kong-Rey was in the area and we had huge rainfall. Dormy Inn lent us umbrellas and it was the first time we experienced the fact that many of the guests decided to stay in and not go out. The public bath was full and the free ice cream was almost gone! The free noodles given out from 2130 – 2300 was so full they ran out of noodles and they were nice enough to give the guest that missed out instant versions so that they did not need to leave the hotel in the rain.
Overall I feel that they deserve full 5 stars, I really enjoyed my stay there and wish the staff all the best and thank you for the service!

LL_ChanHotel is next to subway station, however, there is distance (10-15 mins) from the Tianjin key shopping and dinning area.
There is in-house car parking which is convenient for those staying in hotel with car.

DDenna HeryatiWe stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in.
Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai.
Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight.
Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.

沙沙嗲牛肉麵The hotel location is convivence and close to the JR station. Walk about 3-5 minutes. But their service was not good. They refused to contact the fruit farm for picking grape booking when I requested the staff in the service counter to contact the fruit farm for me because I do not know Japanese. And the hotel is a bit small.
