Hotel Fulton County dengan Spa

We had great southern hospitality for a one night stay starting with hotel shuttle driver Cibre. Sorry for misspelling, but we had a great conversation from airport to hotel about his upcoming trip with his wife to Savanah. We were then warmly greeted at front desk by Khalilah King. We were told we were too early for check-in, however they can process our reservation and store our bags until our room was ready. Our check-in process was so quick and efficient we were able to take the same airport shuttle to go to MARTA train station. The room had a GIANT TV that you could see from the door. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds, 3 chairs, 2 desk areas for 2 people to relax comfortably. There was a fridge, microwave & coffee machine within the room. The rooms were clean and quiet for a restful sleep to get an early morning airport shuttle. The shuttle runs 24 hours and has a time scheduled that is super convenient for early flights. They also had a grab & go breakfast at 4am that consists of fresh fruit yogurt, cereals, and milk. Nice perk before getting to airport. The only negative for me is Marriott doesn't sell Coca-Cola products. I was craving one after touring World of Coca-Cola.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The entire complex was extremely clean and very modern. Many usb outlets in the room made charging phones, etc, easy. Booked room on12th floor with full access to the Club Lounge. The food and drinks were of such high caliber that we cancelled two or our dinner reservations and ate at the lounge!! All personnel from valet to housekeeping, maintenance were professionals in every way. The location is super, close to five star restaurants and major retailers. Special thanks to Denise (maintenance); Hasna (Club Lounge): Emmanuel (Valet) for their special attention to our requests and needs. IHG is now our choice of hotels when in Atlanta.

Most unpleasant/traumatic experience i've had travelling for business in 12+ years. 1/ Got a lot of cash stolen from the locked suitcase with a combination lock. Head of Security's investigation did not show any evidence of theft, while they confirmed the only visitor to the room during that time was a housekeepr. 2/ Witnessed a very disturbing scene outside of the hotel, with authority cars dealing with one guest's anti-social behaviour outside the hotel, who looked like they'd abused some prohibited substance 3/ Got double-charged for breakfast which was already included in the room rate 4/ Fire alarm went off on one of the floors with guests being concerned about being evacuated 5/ Shower gel bottle did not work and was not replaced until i had to ask. Iron did not work, so had to ask for it to be replaced too. And this is all in 4 days. No apologies or compensation were given.

Ia sangat penuh dan boleh menggunakan lebih banyak garis panduan Covid 19. Ia juga boleh menggunakan lebih ramai pekerja pada majlis-majlis khas. Hamparan katil yang lebih bersih diperlukan tetapi ia tidak mengerikan. Bilik kelihatan dibersihkan beberapa hari sebelum tidak pagi itu. Hampir tidak dibersihkan.

Just one night stay ….very nice hotel…friendly staff and nice, quiet room. Their bistro/bar restaurant in the lobby is convenient and served up a delicious sandwich. Close to the airport, but no airport noise…early shuttle to airport. Only critique was I asked for a 5A wake up, and it never happened…luckily I was up.

Had to pay for parking but wasn't enough parking spots room didn't have everything we needed had to call down for everything once covid ends maybe it will be better

it is very comfortable, friendly staff with smile and convinent to GT.

Very hospital staff, Shadow was very helpful at the beginning of our stay and friendly anytime we’ve come back to the hotel.
