Nice quiet hotel at this time of the year. Convenient location for travelers who drive or take the train.

Location unbeatable, but room size small for the price paid. Staff can communicate in English.

Hotel is very near to train station.staff is not as friendly as other Japan hotel that we stayed in but still ok. There is a very small bath that can take 3 pax. The hot sauna room is chargreable not free only public bath is free

Everything is good. Except the air conditioning. First night we can’t sleep at all because is so hot in the room. 2nd day morning we feed back to the reception but their reply is because of the hot weather?? Anyway, they provide “fan” for us.

recently stayed at Furano Natulux in a prime location, directly in front of a bus loop or terminal, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The availability of outdoor parking was a plus, and since the hotel is quite small, the distance from the parking area to the room was not far at all, which was very convenient. However, the room itself left much to be desired. The size of the room was quite small, which might not be an issue for a short stay, but it felt cramped. Cleanliness was also a concern; the room was not the cleanest, which was disappointing. The room had some odd features, such as a drop ceiling over the bed, which felt strange and somewhat claustrophobic. Additionally, the see-through window to the bathroom was awkward, especially considering the small size of the room. Having the sink outside of the bathroom was also inconvenient. On a positive note, the reception staff were quite helpful and friendly, providing good service during my stay. The hotel's location also meant that there were great restaurants all around within walking distance, which was a major plus for dining options. Overall, while the location and helpful reception staff were highlights, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in room cleanliness and design.

A nice and friendly hotel located next to train station. There are some food stores around the hotel. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. They serve japanese or western set breakfast. The room size is normal in japan. There is a public spa on G/F. There are many car park spaces available.

We booked 2 twin rooms for 4 nights here. One room at the corner is bigger than the other one right at the end of the floor. The bigger room wifi is stronger than the smaller room. The smaller room had a weird smell on the 1st day. Parking is free and could always find a lot to park. Supermarket is just nearby. Shabu shabu restaurant behind hotel is highly recommended! Sushi restaurant is also good. Amenities such as toothbrush, comb, cotton pads and face masks are provided.

Older property, some of the common areas were dusty, but all the staff were very helpful and nice. They gave a set of kids slippers, towel and toiletries for my kid. Onsen for ladies could only fit 3 people, so you'd need to wait if it's already full. highly recommend the Japanese style breakfast.

Free parking. The room is small for two people. Had breakfast at the hotel, quite nice. Room is a bit old style.

Nice hotel with good location that is very close to JR station. Good service mind. Front desk have a lot of information about Furano and they can explain very well. In addition, we could get free bus tickets to Ski resorts too.

The service is good. Room ok. Parking in front and no charge.

Toilet has a wet water pipe smell, room was dusty, but house keeping was rather efficient and replenish items well.
