Spacious and comfortable room, with very good location near the mountain (nice for ski trips), though restaurant options near the hotel are somewhat limited. Amazing breakfast for a truly Japanese experience! Staff was very helpful during our stay and the transfer for ski area is very convenient, even though it's not far.

Cant find my fault with the hotel. Service was good except the language part but they were helpful in most things you ask. Only the shuttle bus driver seem a bit impatient but overall good... Facilities are good as well... Room is a decent size compared to many other hotels that we have been to in Japan. Able to handle the whole family and still has space for 4 luggages.... The hotel even has an onsen which is great in winter..... Hotel breakfast is good although the whole 5 days we were there, there is no change in the menu at all but enough variety to last us for a few days - western, japanese etc.... Amenities are also good in the hotel.... Responsive concierge and housekeeping

No quilt cover but use a bed sheet to separate the quilt. Quilt dirty and unhigienic. Room small. Public bath no control with outsiders. Need to queue for bathing. Rates include dinners but meals were children size . Salad less choice and no refill. Rice is available but no side dishes to go with it. Overall meals not meeting standard. The room facilities were dated. Complaints but nil response . Won’t come again!!

✅ 整體員工服務態度不錯。 ✅ 酒店晚餐幾有心思，但牛肉好硬 ❌無洗衣機，要揸12分鐘車落town洗衫 (this is very important)  ❌ 男士溫泉沒有facial cream, combs etc

酒店温馨舒適，房間乾淨明亮，特別是餐廳享用了非常豐盛的早晚餐，讓人回味不已。酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，去富良野滑雪場有班車接送，非常方便。下次去還會選擇住這個酒店，也會推薦給朋友選住。

離北峯走5分鐘 但是房間就經濟酒店水平吧 完全不值這個價 所謂四人房就是標準間 放四張床 不如定兩間標準 一樣錢

千歲機場的滑雪大巴停靠酒店門口，步行去滑雪場10分鐘之內，酒店也有雪場大巴接送，但步行其實更方便。附近有幾家吃的，酒店的大澡堂不錯，我們三個人住的四床房，房間很大，暖氣足。前台非常熱情，下午還有免費茶水小點心，早餐也算豐富，整體不錯。

酒店的設備設施齊全，水質也相當好，可以直接飲用的，泡完澡皮膚滑滑的，另外結賬時由於刷卡機問題，多刷了一部分費用，但通過攜程專屬客服的溝通，用最快的速度處理好了，很滿意！

四周環境幽靜，服務員態度親切。雖然設施是屬於舊式設計但尚算衛生整齊。不建議在酒店吃自助早餐，因為其質素與價格不相符，在酒店附近也有很多有質素的餐廳可以選擇

房間不大，餐廳沒什麼可吃的. 周圍150米左右有幾家餐館，吃飯還比較方便. 去雪場的車在前台提前預約，很方便.
