The location is very convenient. It is indeed a relatively good hotel in the town. It doesn't feel good because although it is very new, our room does not have floor heating. However, the front desk said that it is included in the details page and that there is electric heating in the whole house. , but in fact it was cold when we put our feet on the ground. Then we called the front desk and said that the heating was irregular. However, we felt very cold all night long. It was several degrees below zero in Changbai Mountain. It was so cold. When I arrived, there was no floor heating in the whole house, and the front desk did not come up to check on me. I felt very uncomfortable. I could only say that I wore more clothes, wrapped myself in a quilt, and turned on the heater and managed to survive. I skied in Wanda, including going to Tianchi. I didn’t have a cold, but I caught a cold after staying in this hotel for one night. In addition, the smell of formaldehyde in this hotel is very strong. I don’t know how I got through the formaldehyde, but the smell is actually very strong. Moreover, the front desk was very unskilled in handling business and I had to wait for a long time to check in. And I was the only one at the time. I don’t understand why the front desk of a hotel has to use a laptop to work. This is the first time I have stayed at 9:00 for so many years. It is also possible that the check-in speed is related to the Internet speed and computer hardware. In short, I think everyone should go to the room first to see if it has floor heating when choosing this hotel, because I really caught a cold from the cold, which was really frustrating

I heard that the hotel opened in October 2024. Thinking that the service of the old chain hotel "Hanting" should be good, my family unanimously chose this hotel. After checking in, I found that it was a bit unsatisfactory. First of all, I booked a room for 4 people. After swiping the card to enter, there was only 1 bag of toiletries, tea bags and coffee. After contacting the front desk, I got the toiletries and slippers for the corresponding number of people. As for the tea bags and bagged coffee I was told directly by the receptionist that it was no longer available and that it had not arrived. I was told that I could use the coffee machine in the lobby directly. So I went to the lobby. Oh dear, a tube was inserted directly into the 1-liter milk carton. The milk carton was just placed on the counter in the hall. Without coffee and unable to wake up, the star man made a latte and went back to the room. If you want to order a latte or coffee with milk in the afternoon, you won't be able to drink it. The reason is that the coffee machine has run out of boxed milk, and there are no employees to replenish it. Is it possible that the boxed milk supply is only 1 box per day?

They're all good. Just check the order carefully before talking. Breakfast is provided after booking. No one will make something out of nothing. No one wants to take advantage of that little advantage.
