Hotel di Tourism Service Center of West Changbai Mountain, Baishan

The hotel is in a great location, just over a 100-meter walk from the entrance to the West Scenic Area. It also has parking and family rooms, perfect for families driving. Restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for dining. The owner was very welcoming. We forgot something when we checked out and came down the mountain, and he promptly called our aunt to find it. Thank you very much. I'll stay here again.

The room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

The hotel room is very clean. There are several delicious shops nearby. It is very convenient to stay here if you go to Xipo. We didn't go up because of the bad weather. We will come back next time.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, the breakfast is very rich and hygienic, and it is very convenient to travel around. The bus to Changchun is in the parking lot opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The children love to play in the nearby Songjiang River National Forest Park. They went there twice in two days. Haha, if they come again next time, they will definitely choose this place first. Transportation is very inconvenient in the ice and snow, but the pick-up service is so considerate! Wanda Yuehua Loft Hot Spring Hotel Hot Spring Tickets: Although it is not in the hotel, it is about 100 to 200 meters away from the hotel.

I had high hopes for Wanda's hotels, but I was quite disappointed. There was a power outage the night I checked in, which wasn't really the hotel's fault. However, the service was lacking. When I asked them to change the bed because it was wet, the staff used the power outage as an excuse and were slow to arrive. My child couldn't sleep until 10 pm, and they didn't bring water. Was it all because of the power outage? When the power came back on, a staff member came, constantly complaining that he was the only one on the floor and couldn't handle everything. Was that the customer's responsibility? Our room rate had increased, and they expected us to understand and make do with the lack of staff? We didn't understand; we changed the sheets and blankets ourselves. Is this what Wanda's hotels are like? The breakfast the next day was even more bizarre—nothing at all (see picture). It was worse than a Home Inn breakfast. The fruit section only had half a bowl of oranges. If they can't afford it, they can just not put it out or not serve breakfast. Don't debase yourselves! Breakfast was extended to 10 am; I don't know what they're supposed to serve! I sincerely do not recommend staying at this hotel!

The environment is pleasant and refreshing. It's spotlessly clean, making life beautiful – a truly reliable hotel. The service, especially at the front desk, is exceptional. You can go to them for anything; they are patient and incredibly helpful. Everyone should seek out Nana at the front desk; this kind and lovely girl deserves a special shout-out for her fiery enthusiasm. There's also a young man with glasses who is very kind, helping with all our bags. The breakfast is also great, very tasty, and the room is super comfortable. Opening the window reveals natural scenery, where you can even spot little squirrels 🐿️.

We stayed for two nights in a row. The environment was nice, with two beds, including a 2-meter double bed, which wasn't cramped for a family of three. It's very close to the West Slope Distribution Center, and parking is convenient. We went to see Tianchi Lake on the 4th, which was absolutely beautiful. There was also a concert on the 3rd and a fireworks show on the 4th. It's right next to Eurasia University, just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My eldest daughter was thrilled to see the stunning Tianchi Lake on her first visit to Changbai Mountain. They also included complimentary hot spring tickets, which were great. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike was very relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. The price was also very reasonable during the National Day holiday.

I came here a few years before the epidemic and had a good impression. I chose to come here again this time. First, the hot springs here are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs, which allow people to truly experience the taste of hot springs in the northeast in the winter. Second, it is close to Songjianghe Town, and you can freely choose special restaurants. It was convenient to park when I drove here last time. It was also okay to come by train this time. It is close to the town, and I also saw the traditional market, and truly experienced the simple folk customs of Changbai Mountain and the very down-to-earth ”Baishan” local customs and feelings. The waiter has a good attitude and can sympathize with the difficulties of the guests. In the cold weather, he will delay check-out for one and a half hours to take care of the urgent needs of the customers. The breakfast is a bit average, similar to a few years ago.

The owner was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. The room was clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, although prices were a bit high, the food was decent. It's advisable to book in advance during peak season. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station. It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food. The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by. They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great. Overall, we were very satisfied.
