The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's only a 10-minute walk. The hygiene was pretty good, and the room was quite spacious – we could easily open three suitcases. They provide a Füssen travel card, but we didn't use it since we were driving. It's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle, and the way the underground parking garage opens is quite unique – you pull down a chain yourself.

The room and toilet is decent size. Clean and good location. Considered Fussen town is small so this hotel is great. Walking distance to the town.

The hotel is truly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful… feel welcome with the hospitality of the staff from reception and house keeping. Hotel itself is beautiful as you can see in my picture and definitely will comeback again soon in near future.its like a fairytale town .. covered with snows!! The scenery is outstanding!! Thankful to Trip.com .. i wont be able to come to this hotel without Trip.com

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was great, and it was convenient for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, which was really nice. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely book here again if I have the chance!

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Füssen, quite close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The town itself is very quiet. About 500 meters from the hotel, there's a REWE supermarket, which closes at 8:00 PM. The hotel has an underground parking garage for a fee, but you need to check in first and use your room key card to access it. To exit, you just pull a plastic chain hanging near the garage exit, and the barrier will lift. All in all, it's a decent, no-frills hotel.

Just a few steps from the very center of Fussen, with supermarkets nearby. Parking is convenient and costs 9 euros for an overnight stay until check-out the next day. The cleanliness is okay.

Clean and Comfortable room with lots of lights. Very good breakfast. Luggage storage seems not very safe because anyone can go in the storage room without any permits. No one serves you.

The environment is good, and it's close to the city center. There's no free parking, it costs 12 euros + 6 euros. Breakfast is 18 euros. Not worth it.

Staying at this hotel while visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen was a great choice. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious, basically having everything you need except for disposable toiletries. The breakfast selection was extensive. The staff, especially the front desk receptionists, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even though we drove, the hotel provided free public transport tickets and proactively offered a map. My only minor complaint is that the hotel's promotional image uses a picture resembling Neuschwanstein Castle's exterior, which could be misleading, making people think it's the hotel's facade. However, overall, this hotel is an excellent option when coming to Neuschwanstein.
