Our family had a great stay here for 3 nights. Hotel is new, tidy and clean, staffs were all very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great in terms of spreads and quality. Got a free upgrade to the riverside view room. And got a handwritten greeting card from the team too, with a cake and some biscuits for the kids. For this price paid, it’s definitely one of the best place to consider for the stay in Fuxin. Keep it up team!

酒店是重新裝修過的，設施看起來尚可，但我在衞生間看到了一衹蟑螂之後整個人都不好了。 房間較小，登記入住的時候前台小姐姐跟我説是因為幫我升級房型，所以安排到了後面的三號樓，但實際上就衹是因為當天入住的客人多，所以安排到了後面沒有電梯而且房間也相對較小的三號樓裏。 説實話，其實有沒有升級房型我並沒有那麼在意，但對於服務人員這種隨意忽悠顧客的説話方式讓我感覺很不好。 服務員的服務意識一般，當時辦理入住的時候前台有個小哥哥説因為三號樓在後麪不方便，所以要幫我們拿行李。但實際上，他就衹是跟着我們走到了三號樓門前，眼看着我一個女生拖着挺重的行李箱和大包都沒有要伸把手的意思。晚上我們出去轉了一圈回來的時候3號樓門前廳裏面站了6個服務員小哥，不知道是在迎接哪裡的領導來檢查，我們經過的時候這幾個人都在聊天，沒有一個人看到客人過來了伸手幫忙開下門。 值得一提的是，酒店有自己的停車場，早餐還不錯，孩子超過130cm，按成人收費20元，價格也不貴。
