不滿意四點: 1.入住時沒有提醒我第二天無房，如果我知道根本不會住，當日入住後，我訂第二天的房沒有了，與酒店溝通酒店説不能續住衹能第二天退房 2.第二天，從上午10點就給我打電話，問我是否續住，我説續，前台説不能續，沒房，真無語，那問我續不續幹嘛。然後就提醒我12點前必須退房，否則要收20塊一小時費用，其他酒店都是14點退房，這個酒店從10點就提醒我12點要退房 3.酒店客房電話不能用，都沒通電，還要打前台私人電話溝通 4.酒店礦泉水要錢，3塊的礦泉水，超市一塊那種，我住195的房間，礦泉水3塊，我用熱水壺燒水，上面一層水垢，沒法喝，我去旁邊超市買的農夫山泉
