房間新裝修的，還不錯，毛巾不行，很老！
吃早餐，給的早餐券寫的是二樓，去了二樓啥也找不到，到處找，找了十分鐘，去前台問了下説在九樓，噴血！説是之前的早餐券，一直寫的二樓，一般前台會交代在九樓，號稱三星酒店，這麼缺紙！！
礦泉水衹給兩瓶330的~兩個人，衹能給兩瓶，半夜渴的問前台拿就是不給，説規定就兩瓶！早上看見衞生阿姨推車有水，拿了一瓶喝了，被阿姨怒斥説不能喝，還回來。血噴！！這酒店這麼缺水嘛~330的水正常人兩口就沒了！！

The hotel is actually located 15 km away from airport. Need 15 to 20 minutes drive. You MUST pre booked at least 1 day ahead in order to enjoy this free airport transfer. If not, sure cost u a bomb for a short paid ride from airport. Basically, you can't book local taxi thru China apps. Then for airport taxi, all are meant for outbound cross district taxi, won't entertain for a 15 km drive. The breakfast also very bad, not even serving noodle or rice. Only have porridge.

We really enjoyed staying in your hotel last night. Although we checked in late, we had excellent service from the staff at the front desk. The female staff were most friendly. They helped us with finding a good restaurant for late dinner. We booked the shuttle to the airport the next day, and the staff prepared the takeout breakfast for us, going to the airport. I have no complaints about the facilities and room, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the decor was modern and cosy.
The location was great. There were many restaurants within a short walk.

經營公寓的叔叔阿姨特別和藹可親！！還有接機服務，很快就來接了，離機場近，很方便，要送機提前説好幾點出發就可以去機場。前台還寫了手機號有急事可聯繫，這點可以看出服務很細緻。屋子挺乾淨的，浴室也大，床是一覺睡到天亮的舒服程度。一樓還可以買到泡麪等各種吃的，超級好。

PPengguna Tetamu服務：服務非常棒！是一家三口開的民宿，每一個都非常友好。是有接送站服務的，這個是我最最最喜歡的一點，因為一般出了站就是找公共交通或者打車，但是都要看各種路線還要等待，就可能會要上點心，但是有接送站就無腦打電話等安排了，非常喜歡🥰！這裏還提供多種多樣的早餐，非常豐富了。
環境：是在一個村莊裡麪的自建房，但是裝修很不錯，位置很寬敞。
衞生：衞生很不錯。
設施：設施都蠻齊全的。有洗衣房和曬衣服的地方。老闆也可以幫忙租電動車或者小汽車，真的很友好。
如果下次再來平潭，還選這家！！！

MMichele Tan M WWe stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch.
The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Washer and dryer are free to use. Orange scented toiletries are nice. Twin beds are big, enough for 2A2C. Overall a good place to stay.

WWenji ZI hadn't been back to Fuzhou in a long time, so I was really excited to finally make the trip. The Shangri-La totally lived up to the hype. The service was incredible – I felt like royalty from the moment I pulled up.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many choices, and everything tasted fantastic. I especially loved 蛤蜊煎蛋.
Overall, my stay was top-notch. The hotel is super luxurious, and the staff went above and beyond, especially thanks to 小占 for helping me with everything! I can't recommend it enough!

PPengguna TetamuThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.
