Great view. No problem communicating with the apartment owner but the results weren't satisfactory. As can be seen from the photos, there was a broken door latch to the outside air conditioning unit. When I reported this was letting cold air in. The answer I received was that it wouldn't be cold tonight (this is still winter). Then given the options of look for other accommodation or other room. This is 3 o'clock in the afternoon and unpacked. Checked out the other room but too much trouble to pack Ended up using a chair to keep closed.
If I was given the latch and a spanner/ screwdriver, I could have replaced it in 2 minutes. It is a simple latch used on electrical/industrial panels.
If you don't maintain things they turn to poo.
