Beautiful hotel, located in a great area. The staff were so kind and helpful, carrying our bags up the hill and organising breakfast for us on the day we had to leave early. There is also an amazing coffee shop attached to the hotel. Rooms are simple but good taste, everything was super clean. We'll be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations and more. Firstly, the design of the hotel is exceptional - where Asian & Mid Century design elements come together. The breakfast provided is comforting and nourishing. Bonus: there’s an in-house cafe that serves one of the best coffee in 烟台山. Finally, the staff are friendly and helpful, making this stay extremely enjoyable.

Am so glad I took the decision to stay 2 nights at the Yantai san area as it was a very interesting place to explore both in the day and at night. Plus there are many good food options around and one can walk across jie fang qiao (that is lit up prettily at night) to reach shang xia hang. I wished I had booked 1 more night. Yes, one has to climb some stairs to reach the hotel and the hotel does not have any lifts as modifications cannot be made to the historic building but hotel staff will help you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Just located conveniently within the hotel is a cafe and opposite it, ********* dessert store xian yu xian. And I would like to extend a big thank you to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make one feel welcome and taken care of, especially the lady who was manning the second shift during my stay at the homestay! As for the room, the only downside was that it was too dark and I sometimes struggled to find my things but suppose it is suppose to be atmospheric - it definitely created a very romantic ambience. Overall. this homestay is highly recommended!!!

Excellent stay! The location is perfect, right inside the scenic area, which made exploring so convenient. The host was incredibly hospitable and offered great service. The place itself was very quiet and peaceful，ensuring a good night's rest. Highly recommended!

Staying in one of oldest heritage house in the south cbd area, worth it and its convenient. just mind the steps as it located not next to road, need some steps and slopes to walk over

很久沒住到這麼滿意的酒店啦！ 真的必須要安利一下！ 環境、衞生、服務都特別好！挑不出毛病！ 入住還送了旗下其他品牌的咖啡、茶飲、撈化！ 真的很加分！ 早餐可以送到房間！ 床品舒適度也很好！ 洗護歐舒丹， 連吹風機都是戴森的， 地理位置也非常優越！ 真的性價比拉滿了！ 一百個滿意👍

處於煙台山商業街核心地段的一處酒店式民宿，是由民國時期的木樓改造而來，建築特色很突出。雖處於鬧市之中，但酒店內卻清幽僻靜。隱蔽的小門打開，就像邁入了另一個時代。吱吱吖吖的木地板聲，似民國時期的迴響，別有韻味。 房間裏基礎設施一應俱全，歡迎點心飲料都早早備好，每天換新。洗護用品是歐舒丹，吹風機是戴森，品質在線。 然而，以上硬件條件與這家酒店的服務相比，都不足為提了。由於酒店處於半山腰，老樓衹有木梯，酒店工作人員早早便聯繫住客，在住客到達處等候，幫忙帶路、提行李；離店時亦然，我去外面的餐廳吃飯，發個消息，工作人員就將寄存的行李親自提到了路邊交給我，方便客人離開。 由於我需要在房間內辦公，桌椅高度不合適，工作人員找來厚厚的報紙幫我墊高電腦。很貼心！點了外賣，也會有人幫忙送到房間門口。 酒店每天都贈送了周邊商家的優惠券。憑藉優惠券，可到文川茶舍領取茶飲一杯，美麗咖啡領取咖啡兩杯，在酒店對面的撈化店消費可抵20元，購買文川一舍的手信禮品可打88折。一切都非常方便。最後離店時，工作人員還贈送了一枚煙台山的冰箱貼。 總而言之，在文川一舍入住的這幾天體驗出乎意料。不僅僅是環境美，更是服務打動人心。我也將這家酒店推薦到了朋友圈，希望你們越做越好！

首先，由我最真誠的心覺得他們家服務真的無得頂，可以説是服務界裏的天花板級別，從頭頂到腳趾頭都給你想得周到體貼。從到達入住拎行李箱拎到滴滴車到你面前給你行李放進車裡，真的無可挑剔的。他們的笑容滿臉那是沒有一刻卸下來的，服務員跟你説話時也是像朋友在聊天的方式，不會像機器人那樣問一句答一句。除了天花板的服務和招待之外，衞生設施也是一流的，住着舒服安穩。雖然位置在煙台山商業區裏面，但是一點都不會吵雜，真的不會，睡得很安穩。入住的時候會給券，每天都有免費咖啡喝，對於我這種愛喝咖啡的每天都要有咖啡的人來説簡直就是真的太方便太加分了，愛喝茶的也有！他們家也有茶館，裏面裝潢高雅優美。還有就是如果沒有要他們家的早餐也不要緊，因為券裏也可以以優惠價格到對口的鮮撈去吃，味道很可以！要買手信他們家也有，根本就是從頭給你安排妥當到腳趾頭的，太細心了。來福州玩的這家酒店真的超級推薦！
