Excellent experience, this is my second time staying here. The front desk staff was very responsive to all my requests and even gave me a free room upgrade. The overall decor is very new and the hygiene is top-notch. The breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Overall, it was great, and I even got an upgrade! The front desk was very responsive, and the cleaning lady was so nice and accommodating. I drink a lot of water, and she kept refilling it for me – super thoughtful! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the toiletries were Lelabo, just like at The Edition, haha. Definitely a 5-star review from me. However, it might be due to the weather or season, but the toilet and sink had a pretty strong odor, which was quite unpleasant. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best. In the mornings, when the two cleaning ladies were tidying up, they spoke quite loudly, and even though it was already 9 AM, it was a bit disruptive for someone trying to sleep in. But despite those minor issues, it doesn't detract from a perfect score. I highly recommend staying here!

The room is very new overall. The toiletries are from Le Labo, which is different from other Atour brands. The overall check-in service experience was great, and they were willing to offer a complimentary late check-out. There's also congee for a late-night snack, and the free laundry service is very good. The only minor inconveniences are that the car license plate needs to be registered every time you enter and exit, which is a bit troublesome. Also, I initially requested a curved room, and although the front desk said they upgraded me to an executive king room, claiming it was bigger, I later realized there was no difference between the curved room and the executive room, nor in size. I specifically came for that special room type, so this 'upgrade' felt a bit misleading.

I really love Atour Hotel. The rooms are cozy, and the service is heartwarming. This time, I got upgraded to an executive room and received a complimentary breakfast. The food was exquisite, fresh, and delicious! Every stay here makes me so happy; I've decided to choose Atour for all my accommodations throughout my trip.

Hygiene: There was a black mark on the bedsheets. Since it was late when I checked in, I didn't want to make a fuss. So, the next morning when checking out, I informed the front desk to change the bedding when cleaning the room. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, I found the room had been cleaned, but the bedding hadn't been changed. I had to go to the front desk again (a different set of staff was on duty), and they finally changed it that evening. I just thought, if you promise to change the bedding, you should at least confirm that the cleaning staff actually did it, right? I shouldn't have to ask a second time. Environment: The overall environment is quite good. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The laundry room is available, and the staff will even help sort and deliver laundry to your room. It's not far from the subway station, and there are also places to eat around the hotel, which is quite convenient. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied, it's just that the bedding wasn't changed promptly, and the staff didn't double-check whether it had been replaced.

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is quite good, the rooms are all quite large, and the hotel staff are quite friendly. However, the pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on. Everything else is fine.

The hotel room is spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The service attitude is excellent. The location is superb, with plenty of dining options, snacks, and shopping malls nearby. It's very convenient to take the subway or a taxi to scenic spots like Shangxiahang, Sanfang Qixiang, Yantai Mountain, and Gushan.

One on the best Atour hotel ever booked. Really perfect for family or business or solo travelers. Breakfast is always the best and they make sure guests feel like home even when away from home. Mr Dao was really helpful and impressed with their hospitality.

Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at Atour Hotel exceeded expectations. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend Atour Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
