The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Stay was nice but when I got the room I found the bathroom still had some dirty stuff from previous guest. I guess cleaning was not very well done. At least they changed me to a new room but it’s quite disappointing from an hotel that expensive. They provide shampoo, body wash and conditioners, towels, toothbrush, comb, hair cap, hygiene kit, tea and water. Breakfast is simple but good (Chinese food, fruits and some breads, cereals…). It’s close to many facilities (mall and shops all around).

我很很很喜欢！ i’m from america, and i traveled to fuzhou alone. i really loved this hotel and when i come back to fuzhou i’m definitely going to stay here again the breakfast is super super good and the room is more than comfortable. i’m very satisfied with my stay, and the price is so good, honestly i’m always on a tight budget and i wasn’t expending to like this hotel so much! the pictures are from the hotel view & the breakfast the location is great too, can just walk to the subway station :) 10/10

The location is near to shopping mall yet near to most of the attractions. The staff have been very helpful to us in helping us to get around the attractions as well

Great hotel. Location wise is good with many eateries around. Just a few minutes walk to a shopping mall. During check in , however , the staff was not too friendly. Did not even smile and welcome us. However the night staff was great as he ordered food for us via his personal food delivery app with discounts added and we paid him back in cash. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Mostly chinese food. Great hotel.

The hotel advertised on Trip that it has air conditioning, but it doesn't work and only hot air blows out even on warm days. To compound this issue, the windows in the room cannot be opened except for one tiny window behind a cabinet, and only a thick winter duvet is provided. It was therefore far too warm in the room and I slept poorly throughout the stay. The front desk supervisor was helpful and moved us to another room not facing the sun, but it didn't make a big difference. House keeping was good. The breakfast room didn't have enough tables/seats, and the coffee cups are too small for the coffee machine so most the coffee just pours down the sides. Holiday Inn should do better.

This hotel needs to walk about 7 min to 泰禾广场. It allocated at the centre of the city.
