Unexpected surprise, I thought I could just find a hotel close to the high-speed rail station before returning. Unexpectedly, the environment was great, and I was upgraded to a large room where I could soak in hot springs for free. It's not crowded at all even with kids. The front desk thoughtfully prepared a child's toothbrush and slippers for the baby, and also gave me a separate breakfast coupon. The details are attentive. Tea culture is more popular here in Fuzhou. The room has a special tea table in the tatami style, as well as special spring water for making tea. The overall Chinese style and charm.

I accidentally saw this hotel and was attracted by the sky garden at first sight. I booked a room without hesitation. A few minutes later, the front desk called me to tell me how to park and where to enter. They also added the housekeeper of Xiaofu on WeChat. The attitude is amazing. There was a faint scent of white tea when I entered the lobby. It was very comfortable. It was a very good stay experience. I am very satisfied and recommend it.

1. I don't know how to distinguish this room type. I heard the front desk answer the phone and said that the executive suite was 550, and the one I booked was 443, which was 100 yuan different. Then there was a black room without windows, which was very small. The whole hotel felt very magical, basically all black rooms, dark and hollow.
2. I couldn't check in at 4 o'clock on the first day. I went out and came back at 8 o'clock. The room I was given for the first time was really broken and smelly.
3. The good thing is that the Fuzhou subway is free. This one is at Exit E2 of Xiangfeng Station, the terminal of Metro Line 1. It's 300 meters away from Taihe Plaza. It's convenient for eating and shopping.
4. I don't know why this hotel is full of fragrance. Is it to cover up some smell?
5. If it's not during the Spring Festival, it's not worth 200 yuan. I don't know how Ctrip defines this star.

Out of 30 Hotels all across China, I have never even close come across a room as dirty as this one. From the previous guest there was the nozzle from tve toothpaste, both opened toothbrush packages, lots of hairs in the sink as well as in the toilet. The toilet had easy to remove brown stains...really gross. The window has not been cleaned in years.
The chambermaid/housekeeping just left the room moments before I entered.
Due to the A/C and Ventilation system there is no real non-smoking room, as the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms enters the room via the Ventilation system.
The rooms are actually in another building around the corner from the so called En Ze Boutique Hotel...and this building is currently a construction zone in progress.
Wifi is stable, but pretty slow.
Receptionist is professional and friendly.
The location however is fantastic.

GGuest UserService: The service is great! It is a family of three, each of which is very friendly. There is a pick-up station service. This is my favorite point. Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. You may have to go to snacks, but there is a pick-up station. I have no brain to call and wait for arrangements. I like 🥰! There is also a variety of breakfasts, very rich.
Environment: It is a self-built house in a village, but the decoration is very good and the location is very spacious.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good.
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There is a laundry room and a place to dry clothes. The boss can also help rent an electric car or a car, which is really friendly.

MMichele Tan M WWe stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch.
The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster.
Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service.
The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting.
The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this.
I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment.
They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great.
Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. They brought a free breakfast with the children and helped to change a room with a large window without obstructions. They said that there were only two rooms of my type, one of which was already occupied, and there was just one vacant room. I was very lucky. Although I did not stay in Huazhu Club, except that most of the windows were covered, the other standards were similar to those of Orange Hotel. I like the decoration style and intelligence of Orange. The hotel toiletries have a light orange smell. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The bath water is super refreshing and comfortable. The drainage is also good without water accumulation. The sanitation is clean and tidy. The parking space is relatively tight. It is not recommended to drive to live. It is very close to Sanfang Qixiang and you can walk there in a short time. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel again.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

AAnonymous UserI extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.
