Very satisfied with this hotel. The location is super convenient for transportation – easy to catch a taxi, subway, or bus. You can even walk to Sanfang Qixiang, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a convenience store right outside. The room is very large and spacious, with a well-thought-out layout. The hygiene is good; everything visible was sparkling clean. The service was also excellent, very responsive to all requests. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks or a hanging facility near the sink.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions. Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels. A great stay! Highly recommended! 😁

Dining: The breakfast is extensive, featuring local Fujian specialties like fish balls and 'bian rou' (wonton-like dumplings), which were delicious. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, making for an excellent experience. Service: The service truly deserves full marks. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile during check-in, and when we checked out, they thoughtfully gave our child a small toy, knowing we had a little one with us! Our child was thrilled and said they want to come back next time!

2205136****This was the most unique and also the most expensive hotel we stayed at during this trip. The service was excellent, and they even offered intangible cultural heritage experiences, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The room was very bright and spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. You truly get what you pay for; it was indeed a very comfortable stay. It's worth mentioning that even though the hotel's breakfast was vegetarian, it was absolutely delicious 😋.

Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant, welcomed us with sincere smiles. Their greetings—whether a ”Good morning,” ”早上好,” or ”Ni Hao”—felt truly warm, not just polite. I was deeply moved by how they cared for my grandpa; it was a heartfelt reminder of home. ❤️ The room was clean, bright, and elegantly designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from complimentary chilled drinks to free biscuits that made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors served by an energetic and proud team. The complimentary late-night supper further demonstrated Atour's attentiveness to its guests' needs. Just when we thought the service couldn't be more thoughtful, as we were about to leave, a staff member gently asked, ”Would you like a bottle of water for your journey?” 🥹 That simple gesture encapsulated the entire Atour experience: pure, unpretentious kindness. The location is ideal, with a subway station just steps away, a supermarket across the street, the train station nearby, and a delicious Hakka restaurant right behind the hotel. MM672206****The hotel room I booked was a Luxury Executive River View Room, facing the southwest corner. The views and natural light were excellent, and privacy was high. It's truly one of Fuzhou's top room types. The interior space is large, with mostly wooden flooring and some carpeting – very impressive. The hotel also features a pool and gym with fantastic views, as well as an afternoon tea restaurant, all of which are of a very high standard. The afternoon tea cakes are freshly made, and the breakfast selection is quite rich and delicious, with fresh and light flavors. If I had to mention any shortcomings, it would be that some in-room facilities could be upgraded. For instance, the toilet isn't automatic, and the showerhead and faucet operation are a bit too traditional and impractical. There aren't full-room electric curtains, and the TV clarity isn't great. Also, the toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't from a well-known brand. Minjiang Park is right at your doorstep, and nearby shopping malls and attractions are not far, all within a short taxi ride. This room design is very suitable for couples.

The facilities are super new, and there are even disposable face towels in the washbasin, which is highly praised! Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! ! After we moved in, we asked Receptionist No. 1 to accompany the guests. The cat car was super nice and the brother Luoye Zhiqiu's attitude was also super, super nice! ! The location was excellent: very close to Sanfang Qixiang and the subway, making it super travel-friendly! As a Virgo, I'm quite particular, but I was pretty satisfied this time. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety for a chain hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to Daming Food Street and Dongbai Shopping Mall. Just cross the street and you're at the Sanfang Qixiang Nanhou Street archway. There are tons of delicious food options, and it's a very lively area. The room size is decent, breakfast was filling, the shower water was great, and the toiletries were good too. Housekeeping was prompt. Downsides: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Out of our three rooms, one was directly facing the staircase at the end of the hallway (even though I specifically requested no rooms at the end of the corridor when booking). Another room had a broken bed, and the springs popped out and pinched my friend's leg. Both of these rooms were eventually changed for us. The third room was directly across from the elevator, facing the hallway, and right next to another room (the doors faced each other at a 90-degree angle). The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. The outdoor unit kept making noise all night, the people in the next room were singing until midnight, and we could even hear the 'ding-dong' of the elevator going up and down. All three rooms were reported to be incredibly noisy.

GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
