It's a shame...a shame because the hotel is in a truly wonderful position! The view is wonderful, you look out the window and see the sea; It's a shame because the cleanliness is terrible, a lot of dust on and under the beds, sheets with very obvious holes, insects, or rather corpses of insects behind the window (at 2.30pm the rooms were still not cleaned and the cleaning was done after my request and not even completely) Rude staff, not professional at all. The air conditioning didn't work in the room, the TV didn't turn on, I had to call to have it fixed. Furthermore, there are architectural barriers that don't allow everyone to be a customer of the hotel; It's a shame because in the right hands it could be a truly 4-star hotel, because the only stars I saw were those in the sky!!!

so what about the hotel capo est......the location is wonderful immersed in the hill of monte san bartolo.....a fairytale view.....large and functional swimming pool....the spacious rooms ....but the cleanliness in general needs to be reviewed....unfrequented rooms and corners not cleaned for days....hand prints inside the elevators never cleaned...in our opinion, for a 4-star hotel there is no manager what do you check.....let's get to the kitchen....you eat well both at breakfast....at lunch and at dinner....the waiters in the dining room are top notch including the maitre......but in our opinion, to be a real 4 star, the quality is lacking.....we have frequented various 4 star hotels around Italy and the quality of the food is superior......in any case for those who want to relax.. ....breathtaking view and good food is recommended......

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni che sono passati piacevolmente grazie a tutto l'insieme a cominciare dalla posizione panoramica dell'Hotel sul monte che si riversa sul mare. Collocato su tre piani non solo come Hotel, su una specie di terrazza c'è una grande la piscina con due profondità e con il suo bar, più sotto ancora accedendo da una scalinata c'è una terrazza che funge da spiaggia ugualmente panoramica e attrezzatissima perché ha anche le giostrine per i bambini, un gazebo con panche in pietra ottimo per poter leggere da seduti e completamente all'ombra e giù ancora si accede al mare con spiaggia libera. La nostra camera era nuova, spaziosissima, con una grande terrazza e una grande bagno (doccia modernissima e grande). Pienamente soddisfatta dell'"all inclusive": pranzo a buffet ottimo e cena servita. Il personale gentile, disponibile, impeccabile. Mare di Vallugola che ho avuto la fortuna di vederlo pulito (c'è stato solo qualche giorno di mucillagine) con colori quasi da cartolina. Vicinanza con Cattolica per le passeggiate serali da Gabicce Mare a Cattolica. Comodo per visitare il castello di Gradara, Pesaro e Urbino.

Hotel veramente all'insegna del relax, personale cordialissimo e disponibile sempre rivolto alle esigenze del cliente. Buon cibo e tanta cortesia da parte dei ragazzi in sala. Piscina favolosa e animazione presente ma non invadente. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo!!!

Albergo poco comodo per godersi la spiaggia, non funziona L ascensore per scendere alla spiaggia, anche se loro fanno un servizio navetta, se arrivi tardi al ristorante non trovi più niente,ti devi accontentare di quello che rimane. Camere ampie, personale di servizio ottimo. Posizione splendida peccato non sfruttarla al meglio.

Camera vista mare stupenda, location tranquilla e suggestiva immersa nel parco San Bartolo. Piscina ampia e curata. Colazione e cena vista mare, pranzo su terrazza che si affaccia sulla piscina. Spiaggia privata ma non in riva al mare. Staff e direttore gentili.

Tutto perfetto ottimo .Personale cordiale colazione e pranzo a buffet e la cena servita con menu . Sicuramente torneremo il ascensore panoramico non funziona però nessun problema sì possono fare le acanto o senno hanno una macchina da golf che fa avanti indietro x la spiaggia
