I had booked a room at that property , with Booking, and the day that i arrived they have cancelled it because they said they couldn’t take the money from my card. i had talked with them a day before to resolve the problem, because i got a notice that they can’t withdraw the money, i asked to give me a different option ( they said i didn’t put the cvc number on the payment, but that option was not available on booking when i tried to pay, the other card details were all there) they said just to update and its ok and the next morning when i had the flight i saw that they have cancelled the room and nothing else could be done! I had no other option because the reservation was made in advance and i had to look for another reservation on the day of the arrival, and all the other options that i liked were all booked so i had to settle with the options left for my vacation because they didn’t care! The stuff did nothing to help me, they just said they can’t do anything for me…the manager i talked to is Francesco and he just said that the payment is automatic and the booking was cancelled…i was looking forward for that option at that property because i didn’t want to stay in the town and thats exactly what happened…i expected solutions for the problem because its not what you expect and prepare for vacation!
