Hotel Galveston dengan Gim

Construction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

The room we were given was on the 2nd floor right next to a room being remodeled. The first two days had jack hammers removing all the tile so loud you could hear it in the lobby so you can imagine how it sounded in our room from 8 to at least 5 both days. Went to the front desk to complain and the girls first response was ”You want to check out!” In the most hateful tone. I said no because we had plans for the rest of the week and other friends were in the same hotel. I asked if there could be some type of compensation for the noise and she then said ”Who are you?” in the same hateful tone with a bonus look of disgust. She left to talk with the manager and was gone several minutes only to tell me there would be no compensation but”you can move'. Thus was tempting since our ocean view from the balcony was of the top of the covered entry to the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager, she was gone even longer and passed me off to the bar and food service manager, Chris, who explained the manager wasn't there. Chris was very professional and sympathetic, took notes, offered us free lunch, and drinks and said she would give the info to the manager...never heard from the manager and nothing else was done. As a side note, the TV was fried when we moved in and had to be replaced. The maintenance guy was quick to respond and replaced it with a brand new tv. The chiseling stopped by day 3 but constant hammering continued for 2 more days as late as 7 in the evening. We come here every year....our group numbering 11 thus year, will definitely be looking for a different hotel. Worst experience ever!

Semasa kami mula-mula tiba, saya agak ragu-ragu kerana hotel di luar agak usang dan pagar di sekelilingnya membuatkan saya berasa seperti berada di tempat yang tidak selamat di mana mereka perlu mengurung anda masuk. Tetapi semasa saya masuk ke dalam dan sekitar hotel Saya menetap dan menerima semuanya. Ia tidak begitu buruk, biliknya bersih dan anak-anak saya sangat menikmati balkoni. Kerani meja depan yang mendaftar masuk kami pergi ke atas dan ke luar untuk memastikan kami menetap dengan baik. Saya juga menyukai kemudahan mempunyai Walmart secara literal di pintu depan hotel dan tempat makanan segera dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Tidak perlu melancong, yang merupakan kelebihan bagi saya. Secara keseluruhan kami menikmati penginapan dan akan kembali lagi.

Suka hotel dan lokasi! Tetapi tidak gembira kerana mereka tidak memberi kami bilik yang kami tempah. Kami mempunyai satu dengan 2 tempat tidur queen tanpa tingkap ketika kami menempah. Lebih daripada itu cukup senang dengan mereka

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head. The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great! Love, love LOVE this hotel!!!!

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Kemudahan tidak tersedia kerana Covid. Garaj tempat letak kereta adalah mengerikan. Kaca pecah terdapat di mana-mana tempat kereta dipecah masuk. Ini disahkan oleh kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Saya merasakan bahawa jika saya membayar tambahan $15 satu malam keselamatan sepatutnya menjadi lebih baik.

So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.

The San Luis Resort and Spa is the best 8n Galveston PIRIOD!!!! Every time I bring my family we always stay here and every time they exced our expectations. All the stuff is very polite, attentive and always want to go the extra mile for you. On this particular trip we came here because it was my daughter's Nationals Dance Competition as well as her birthday and on top of that my wife's and I Aniversary and when I was doing the check-in I mentioned to Connie at the front desk and she suggested it tonnage something n8ce done for my wife and daughter.. Connie and Camille the concierge took care of everything, they got a dozen of red Roses and Strawberrys cover in chocolate for my wife and a birthday cake and small flower bouquet for my daughter and made me look like the best!!! So thank you so much Connie and Camille you guys are great!!. I wanna thank to all th3 Resort stuff too, the Vallet Parking guys whole were always polite, the waitress lady at the pool. Sorry I didn't get there names but they were great too. I recommend this resort very much. I know I might be a little more expensive but I always saybthis ” You get what you paid and what's cheaper ends up being a lot more expensive!!”
