Asrama di Galway

Hotel ini mengalami kerugian Perniagaan semasa Covid, seperti semua hotel di Galway. Ada yang menggunakan masa Covid untuk memperbaiki kemudahan, tetapi tidak di sini. Secara umum hotel ini menampilkan suasana yang suram dan agak kusut. Ini menyedihkan kerana biasanya merupakan lokasi yang ramai, meriah dan penuh dengan penduduk tempatan dan pelancong. Saya harap ia akan kembali itu bekas kegemilangan.

Super service, lovely friendly staff. Brilliant range of food from the hot and cold breakfast available. Everything is really clean. I really liked their sustainable efforts are shining through and there was a very quick fire alarm text to check the fire doors etc. while we were there, which is a good sign their standards are kept high. Short walk to the town. I’ll stay again.

Je ne peux évaluer cet hôtel puisqu’il nous ont déplacés dans un autre hôtel car il était en surbooking… Surprise très désagréable quand on arrive le soir, que l’on s’est garé, que l’on a monté tous les bagages du parking( dont un étage à pied… et que l’on pensait aller dîner rapidement dans la rue piétonne au pied de l’hôtel…

We stayed at Hyde hotel, in Galway, and realized that it was another one of those great location hotels. It’s walking distance from Ceannt Train station which was great for us since this was our first trip. It was nice not to roll our luggage across the whole city just to get to our place. It seems like it's in the quieter part of town even though there's a few bars in the area. If you walked down passed Eyre Square on William St. towards the latin quarter its very lively but not everyone may be into that while they're trying to sleep. Upon arrival, since we were early, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggages there while we took a walk around town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One time, on our way back from an outing, we realized that we ran out of their complimentary coffee/milk/sugar. We went to the front desk and asked for them and within minutes the same desk attendant went to our room and personally delivered them to us. Our room had an enclosed patio, covered in tropical foliage (obviously not real) that brought in a cozy vibe. I don't believe that they have air condition, we didn't have any in our room. But, open the glass sliding door and bring in the fresh air, again this is Ireland and AC wasn't a big deal to us. The weather in Galway was sunny all week but it wasn't crazy warm that we needed air condition like in the states. By the way, we stayed on the second floor which was convenient if we wanted to take the stairs instead of the elevator. They have a nice restaurant that was also recommended by our tour bus driver. We also ended up booking a tour, Kylemore Abbey and Leenane, and the tour meetup was at our hotel, perfect!! This is a great hotel to stay in, there's a couple of stores across the street to stock up on essentials that you may need. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was lovely, the room was very clean and cosy. The food was amazing. And the staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful - especially Ross at reception! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again!! :)

Beautiful hotel, overlooking the water. Pool with sauna, steam room and an outdoor hot tub. Wonderful breakfast. overall a great experience. Walking distance to all you would want in Galway. Wonderful staff to direct you for whatever you need.
