Ulasan Gangneung Pine City Hotel

Unable to store our luggage after early check out.

I stayed here for a business trip, and the location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. It was also close to the seafood market, which was great for a quick visit. Although the room was a bit old, it was well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. It was a satisfying hotel for a short visit. I would definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip to Gangneung.

Seems like an older hotel, but it's spacious and comfortable. It's on the cleaner side too. They even offer coffee and instant noodles for breakfast, which was a nice touch, even though I didn't get to try them. The bathroom has tiled floors and a double door, so you don't have to worry about sounds carrying when you're using it.

The room was spacious and the water pressure was excellent.

The owner is wonderful, and the place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's also conveniently located not far from the train station. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit! Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making everything incredibly convenient.

Great location for food.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the station, which was convenient for catching the Nuriro train the following morning. Check-in was easy. Elevator access required a key card, which provided a good sense of security. Despite being a single-bed room, it was surprisingly spacious, which would be ideal for guests with large suitcases (I was only traveling with a backpack myself, but appreciated the extra room). The room was clean, and I appreciated the three complimentary bottles of water in the mini-fridge. The shower room was spacious, though the absence of a bathtub was a slight drawback. My room was opposite the elevator, but there was absolutely no noise, nor any sounds from neighboring rooms. It was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The large TV in the room offered NHK World Premium on channel 189, which helped pass the time. There's a convenience store right next door, and the hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the station. Although there was no safe in the room, my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again if I travel to the Gangneung or Donghae area in the future.

The front desk staff were completely clueless and uncommunicative. They just told me to contact the booking platform directly.

The hotel was quiet, and I was pleased to be assigned a high-floor room. The room itself was also spacious and comfortable.
