Hotel berhampiran Jeongdongjin Time Museum, Gangneung

방 상태는 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 난방은 잘 되고, 웃풍 없었습니다. 우 새로 오픈한 곳이어서 마치 모델하우스의 방에서 하루를 보낸 듯한 느낌입니다. 새것 냄새도 좀 납니다. 사진에는 없지만 오피스텔 같은 곳에 주로 설치되어있는 250L(?)정도의 제대로 된 빌트인 냉장/냉동고와 미니 싱크대, 전자레인지가 있습니다. 화장실은 아메리칸스텐다드 도기와 수전으로 잘 되어있습니다만 샤워부스 하부가 공간이 있어 샤워부스 밖으로 물이 넘치는 단점이 있습니다. 편의시설은 GS편의점과 bbq가 있으며 다른 편의 시설은 아직 없으며, 옥상이나 공용 공간에 아직 공사 마무리가 덜 된 부분이 있습니다만 겨울이어서 이용할 일이 없어 문제되지 않았습니다.

Our check-in was pretty straightforward, no surprise since we stayed here in the past, staff are pretty cold and disinterested, not rude, just cold. My family enjoyed the last trip so we returned. Our room was as expected, with one exception, the mini kitchen was supplied with utensils, and pots and pans previously, not anymore. The hotel has an interesting HVAC system, the twin suites have a master bedroom loft, and adjacent bed over looking the ocean, very beautiful and relaxing, unfortunately the hotel switched the A/C off and put the heating system on, this made the loft area very warm, I tried to adjust the multiple thermostat controls, but was unaware the AC main was off. The in room phone system was turned off, so the only option was to trek up to the main desk. The front desk clerk and I went back and forth with translators, till I got the Heating system information. I thanked the clerk and headed back to reverse the thermostat settings which did help, along with leaving the glass door to the ocean patio open. Crisis averted, the sounds of the ocean was blissful. The next day we returned to a nicely cleaned suite until I noticed a large piece of chewed gum left on the display shelf, trust me it was gross, I asked my family if anyone left this? I knew the answer before asking, no one in my family are gum chewers. It then became clear the someone in house cleaning left it there, never seen that before on all my travels. When checking out I mentioned the AC/Heater issue as well as the chewing gum issue, and to no surprise to me, there was no interest, discussion or maybe even a halfhearted we apologized for the inconvenience? Nope not at Sun Cruise, the clerk just motioned for the next person in line, I actually laughed, shook my head a little and headed out the door. The one positive thing we took away was, we unanimously decided to never return to Sun Cruise,

The hotel was nice to let us check in a little bit earlier. However there were not elevator in the West building, which caused to the difficulty to go to the beach! The door was unstable, sometimes I couldn’t lock it. The hotel also did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste.

In order to get to the restaurant you have to buy a museum ticket which is 30% off. The location is nice but nothing close by except a coffee shop. Since it is a museum there is no parking during the day. The room was ok, no mirror except a small one. The bed is nice and the tub was cool.

Hotel tops 10 was a nice hotel on top of a big hill. The service was good and the ameneties were good, we got a big hotel room with a large TV and good view of the water. Unfortunately the hotel is quite isolated from the rest of the town and makes you rely on the hotel for things like food and other attractions. We did not experience any restaurants or the bath house due to our short stay, so unfortunately cannot comment on that. There is a convenience store in side the hotel that we ended up getting our dinner from, which was still good :) overall we wished we had done anything at the hotel if we go again. If you have a car you should be able to go to the town..

Very accessible by bus or taxi, love the view from our room! The beach is just infront but won't be able to see sunrise as it's blocked by the buildings diagonally infront＞＜

사진하고 다르게 루프탑에 철재침대 딸랑 하나 있고 욕조에 물도 자꾸 새서 물받는데 한참 걸렸고 욕조가림막이나 커튼이 있었으면 좋았을텐데 많이 아쉬움이 남네요 바다뷰도 앞건물에 가려서 거의 보이지도 않았고..바다와의 접근성은 좋았어요

강릉커피거리 바로 앞에 위치해서 카페까지 그냥 걸어가면 되구요 중앙시장이나 강문해변까지도 차로 10분 정도면 가요!! 짐맡기려고 체크인시간보다 일찍 갔는데 바로 입실시켜 주셔서 너무 감사합니다 정말.!..!! 들어가자마자 에어컨 틀어져있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 바다도 정말 너무 예뻐요 1시간동안 사진찍었어요(진짜임 바로 앞이 안목해변이라 나가서도 바다 정말 원없이 봤네요 사진 백만장은 찍은것 같아요 숙소가 너무 좋아서 커피도 시켜먹으려다 겨우 나갔어요ㅎㅎ 저녁도 포장해와서 영화보면서 먹었어요 넷플릭스 귀찮게 본계정으로 로그인 안하고 호실로 로그인하는 방식 따봉 백개 드립니다 여름이라 냄새나면 어쩌나 했는데 진짜 냄새 1도 안나요. 에어컨에 곰팡이 피어있는 숙소 여러번 봤는데 에어컨 날개도 깨끗합니다.. 진짜 만족 대만족. 곰팡이 냄새, 먼지 냄새에 예민한데 냄새 안났어요. 여러분 냉장고도 짱커서 좋습니다. 냉동고에서 보냉백에 넣을 아이스팩 얼렸어요 아이스크림 사먹는건 깜빡했네요 아 소파도 완전 푹신하고요 헤드레스트 조절돼서 2시간 내내 앉아있었는데 너무 편했습니다. 일기예보가 강릉 흐릴거라고 해서 풀오션뷰에서 하프오션뷰로 바꾼건데 다음에는 무조건 풀오션뷰해야겠습니다. 501호 딱기다려. 너로 정했다 올해 묵었던 숙소 중 1등 드립니다 💯💯💯 너무 마음에 들어서 가을이나 겨울에 한 번 더 올 생각입니다. 내돈내산이구요 협찬 대 환 영. 결론 : 강강추‼️👍👍

Amazing view from the room over the sea and pines, responsive staff members, very comfortable bed and overall cleaness. Anmok Beach with a lot of coffee roasteries is few minutes away. Thank you for making our trip to South Korea more memorable🌸

Well located hotel on many bus routes, around 30 mins walk to the rail station and bus station. Room was clean and large. Staff were friendly and spoke English. We were unable to do laundry because we were informed this required at least 2 days (but there is a cheap launderette around 10 mins walk away).
