Amba Regency

Please don't believe which room shows at mmt. There uploaded only good interior room which is on top on hotel but they provided room which is situated at basement which is old. I am not happy i am requesting to mmt please verify that ensure to your users they will get those rooms which uploaded by hotel

Room was in basement and that too too floor down. It was quite suffocating. Tv was there but no setup box when requested to provide then one staff said they don't provide it to super deluxe room and another staff said electrician is going to fix soom. No intercom. It was pathetic.

Hotel room is nice. Restaurant service is also very good. However room maintenance needs improvement.

Very bad service, no amenities at all. No service they are fooling customers in the name of super deluxe room they give you below standard room, i will never ever stay at amba regency.

Very bad hotel very bad hospitality very bad their behavior and if you are not in the room, they come to the room and arrange all the room papers, it is very bad for me. The room is ok but the bathroom quality is very bad

We travel by the end of December 2023 , SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY. PROS - location is very good 5 to 7 mins walking distance from MG Marg , Food is very good , Roof Top restaurant of the property is excellent with a very good view and music. CONS - maintenance work is going on in the property , so its is advisable to avoid underground floors which has base category rooms like Deluxe Super Deluxe and Deluxe Family Room till the whole repair work is done in the rooms as it will be really difficult to stay in those rooms. You can go for Mountain View Rooms and Suites.

Worst manegement. Suddenly the hotel goes out of water. They will provide you dirty toilets. Didn't provide a single water bottle in rooms. All the stuffs are very care les

Probably went at a bad time ... but the hotel was not worth the price we paid for it ... In fact in one room - there was some onion peels lying in the bathroom. It’s close to the steps leading to the main market road - but even steps in some locations are very dirty It’s just slightly on the other side (no entry) with very limited parking - so it’s really difficult for car to come to the entry Some views from the top rooms are quite nice - but that’s the only good thing for this hotel
