We stay there with family, all staffs are very friendly and veg food is also delicious in taste hotel is near to mg marg

The hotel has pathetic service experience. The staff i wouldn’t say is rude, but they act rather indifferent to your presence making you feel unwelcome. Besides, they don’t have a parking space, neither do they have a tie up with nearby parking spots. The washrooms have no exhaust. The room service also is pretty slow. We ordered a relatively easy to cook dinner, and it took over 90 minutes to arrive. The pricing is also not justified by the level of service offered at this hotel.

Rooms are spacious but less of infrastructure. Bedsheet towel are not up to mark. Good to see pure vegetarian food are available only, jain food also available. Food quality needs to improve. Veiw from room is excellent

The location of the hotel is not good. The food is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The royal room (Kanchenjungha view room) was good with decent view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is near to MG Marg i.e. heart of the city but in a quite location and can get local taxi very easily. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned and perfect for summer visit. The staff behavior is good and mountain view available, but we were unlucky as the weather was bad for no reason. Food is little expensive but good part is only Jain food and no non-veg allowed.

Omega is very near by mall road and good staff for guiding, very clean and good service. Hotel is near railway station, mall road and taxi stand

Location was excellent, 200 mts from mg marg, food was limited but good. Room service could have been better, water was not filled on couple of days. Also the room could have been sound proof. Couldnt sleep in the night as there was lot of noise from next room.
