The overall reason is that the hotel feels like a child who is still in elementary school. He has set a lot of rules for himself, but he can't do it. He has to be and stand for something. Everyone can make up their own idioms. The room cleaners had to call every day before they came to clean the room. If they didn't call, they would not come. When they came, they would make excuses, saying that they were usually cleaned in the afternoon. However, one morning, I found that it was not yet nine o'clock, and the waiter was actually cleaning the room opposite. Doesn’t making a huge noise (there’s a video) mean you won’t come in the morning? The hotel gym is on the 27th floor. It is not in-house but outsourced. The attitude was very good the first time I went there. From the second day on, I felt like I had a grudge against you every day. Obviously the customer in front of me registered smoothly and it was my turn. As soon as I heard about the hotel, the gym had a bad attitude. I had to confirm with the hotel. I took photos and sent messages to the hotel. The hotel never responded, so I stood at the door awkwardly. After waiting for a long time, I still called the front desk. I called and the front desk told me that they were too busy to come. The gym has also kept away from the hotel. Have your hotel leaders offended others and taken it out on our guests? In the restaurant on the 4th floor, it is normal to ask for a nucleic acid test for breakfast. The key is that you scan the code and there is nothing there, so they ask for a nucleic acid test. You will not go to the front desk, but you don’t need it when you check in and enter the gate on the first floor. Registered? Wouldn’t it be embarrassing if I went downstairs to have breakfast without my phone? In addition, the corridor in the room was very smelly and the sewers reeked. Bad review!

Very poor service and poor sound insulation

房間住的還滿意，酒店設施齊全，四樓有自助洗衣房24小時都可以使用，可以叫阿姨幫忙送洗服務，下雨天前台有免費借傘的服務，下雨天過來出行也不用擔心咯。滿意的啦。

酒店擁有現代化的健身房、室外泳池、24小時自助洗衣房等設施，地段優越，臨近中央公園萬象城，前台接待小袁服務熱情，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是理想之選。

酒店位置很好，距離萬象城也很近，前台幫我免費升級了女神房間，房間大又安靜，一些小巧思很貼信，很適合美美要出行的家庭多住幾天。挺實用的。
