梵泊美地酒店（丹霞小镇店）

The hotel is at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, with beautiful scenery. It is very close to Ganzi Airport, Xinlonghongshan Mountain, Cuotongcui Lake, and Yulong Lacuo. It is a good stop for rest. The bed sheets and duvet covers are very new and clean. The room is bright and large, the floor heating is very warm, there is a humidifier with a large capacity, and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The restaurant tastes good, and the soup made by the Cantonese chef is particularly good. It was too greasy along the way and I finally had something light. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and helped us find boxes to pack, store food, and find a car.

The hotel is next to 317, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, not far from Garze County and Xinlong Hongshan Scenic Area. This is the most beautiful and comfortable hotel we have stayed in during our ten-day trip to western Sichuan. The restaurant here is also good, the breakfast is rich, and the dinner has Cantonese specialties, which is very comfortable to change from the light taste. The guy at the front desk is also very warm and thoughtful!

One thing to say is that the service is very good 👍The two brothers who help to wear ******* clothes are very enthusiastic, and the brother wearing glasses is also very nice. Any problems will be solved quickly, but the facilities are too poor! First of all, the power in the room was cut off at night. After changing rooms, there was no hot water for two or three minutes after washing my hair. All the water was cold. I changed rooms to take a shower. It was so cold that I shivered. On such a cold day, I took cold water and wrapped myself in a bathrobe. I had to change rooms. After washing, I caught a cold and a headache in the middle of the night, and I didn’t sleep well all night at a high altitude. I never felt this uncomfortable during the whole journey of 317!

The service is responsive to all requests. They will actively help with luggage and can wash cars and laundry. The room is large and very warm. The humidifier has a huge capacity and is not drying. The most important thing is that there are only 6 rooms in one building. It is not noisy and is very quiet. Overall, it is the best hotel in Western Sichuan this time. The best value for money and the most beautiful hotel. The snow-capped mountains are right in front of you, and it’s a pleasure to see them all at once.

Even though the manager was nice, we were very disappointed overall, unfortunately. To help the hotel improve, here are the main shortcomings: - we had an upgraded room. But right next to the room is the washing machine, which all guests use all night long. So you are constantly disturbed by the noise The hotel will open in 2023, but a lot of things are already broken: the kettle, the car wash, the doors to the toilets in the café, the record player, etc. You get the impression that nothing is being repaired. In two years, the hotel will be uninhabitable. - Dog excrement from the hotel dog lies in the reception hall for days - Western breakfast is advertised here on C-Trip. But they say that's a mistake. There is nothing western, not even coffee - many dishes on the menu are not available. The chef is from Guangzhou, so there are no regional specialties - Dirty water in the rooms - No trained staff, as is often the case, there are just a few young people playing games on their cell phones and not interested in the guests - The trash can at the table in the restaurant has not been emptied for three days Etc. The price is OK, but overall not recommended.

老闆兒是個充滿熱愛的旅行者 特別感謝她用心地運營和付出。到達的那天是夜晚有點疲憊 加上對於當地水源狀況和温差不太瞭解 感覺客房設施和衞生有點不合預期（水源礦物質含量高在清潔時會有水垢的情況 温差大導致牆面有點舊）後來和老闆兒聊天才對當地的氣候和自然條件對客房的影響有一些瞭解。這樣的瞭解讓我感到自己在旅行時包容心不夠 如果不是因為她的耐心 和真誠，這次在甘孜縣的探索很可能就終止了。 在雪山小鎮度過了三天（遠遠不夠） 這個季節晚上會下雪 早晨陽光很好 吃到了餐廳裏最合宜的早餐 因為喜歡粵菜的清潤 每天晚飯都要回酒店吃。 不知道第二天會去哪裡探索，村莊，寺廟，湖泊，草地，或者雪山…温泉，亦或者 衹是呆在房間裏閲讀，如果想要打破固定的期待 就來這兒吧：） 再次感謝人美心善的老闆兒～～
