The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good and close to many places. I had a pleasant stay.

Service is on time . Old rooms are much colder in winters in spite of heaters .

The location is fantastic, right across from the International Luggage Store. The only downside is that the building itself is a bit old. Everything else is great.

I booked this last minute during the May Day holiday, and honestly, I was a bit hesitant because of how cheap it was. But to my surprise, it was really clean! The room was spacious, and it even had a window. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend it.

As an Indian Traveller very much difficult to find good hotels with good breakfast This hotel provided both fresh food with lots of buffet options and staying with a good experience All thanks to trip.com for such a wonderful experience
