Der Empfang ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am Riessersee mit Blick auf die Berge ode GAP. Von hier aus kann man zu schönen Wanderungen starten. Im Sommer lädt der See zum Baden ein. Wir waren vor paar Jahren wintersport scho mal hier. Wir hatten ein Maisonette und das war richtig toll... und 2Balkone mit Blick zum See. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücks-Buffett läßt keine Wünsche offen! Man kann auch außen nett sitzen. Im Spa- Bereich Saunen... und Pool sowie kleiner Whirlpool - von hier Zugang zur Sonnenterrasse. Behandlungen kann man auch buchen. Im Seehaus bekommt man Leckeres und sitzt schön. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wir werden wieder kommen. ****

Biliknya sangat sederhana, dan rumah penduduk sensitif secara visual. Penyaman udara sangat buruk, ia sering mati secara automatik, dan bangun beberapa kali semasa tidur. Permukaan lantai kayu kelihatan sama. Saya memakai stoking dan berjalan-jalan. Stoking menjadi sangat kotor. Dianggarkan bahawa pembersih hanya mengosongkan dan tidak mengepel lantai. Tirai ditarik dengan kuat, dan debu masuk ke mata. Sudah semestinya sudah lama sejak mereka dibersihkan. Terdapat balkoni tetapi privasinya buruk, tidak dihalang, dan dikongsi oleh penduduk di tingkat satu. Terdapat sebuah restoran kurang dari sepuluh meter dari balkoni, dan ada orang yang duduk di luar pada waktu pagi, pada waktu malam, dan menghadap ke sini. Satu-satunya kepuasan ialah persekitaran restoran tidak buruk, tetapi biliknya sangat sederhana sehingga tidak boleh lebih sederhana.

Ich bin spät angekommen und musste früh wieder los. Und das war ehrlich gesagt gut so. Weil der Aufenthalt war alles andere als angenehm. Mein Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen und lag mit dem Fenster direkt an der Hauptstraße. Im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster ein zweifelhaftes Vergnügen, wenn die LKW im Berufsverkehr vorbeidonnern. Der Obstsalat beim Frühstück hatte schon angefangen zu gären - und überhaupt hatte das Büffet wie die ganze Erscheinung des Hotels mit zeitgemäßem Tourismus so überhaupt nichts zu tun. Die Bitte, mein Fahrrad für zwei Minuten in den Windfang zu stellen, wurde leider von der Rezeption abgelehnt, weshalb ich um den Block in die Tiefgarage zum Auto musste, um ein Schloss zu holen. Und wieder zurück, was dann überflüssigerweise zehn Minuten gedauert hat. Immerhin: die Rezeption war 24 Stunden besetzt, eine späte Anreise unkompliziert, auch wenn die Kommunikation in punkto Sprache eher schwierig war. Kurzum: In einer Pension für nen Fuffie die Nacht wär's mir egal gewesen. Aber für 150 Euro hab ich selten ein so schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erlebt

This a very nice vintage style hotel in the best street of Pa area. The hotel staff is so friendly and courteous. Nice bar, nice restaurant too. We stayed for a night only but would have loved to stay longer. Rooms are big with super views, nice balcony and big bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Before I booked I had read some reviews on old furniture/ furnishings.. but trust me, it’s very clean and well maintained. The hotel room has old style furniture but it is well maintained and very very clean. We booked a breakfast in advance and then did not have it as we were not hungry. The staff was ready to adjust it against any other F&B bill, which we think was amazing service. Finally because they were fully sold out for dinner, they refunded the amount in cash. Truly impressed with this.. Go for Atlas Grand Hotel.. you will love it.

No airconditioning, no safe, no staff. And anyway they didn't seem to understand how to sell anything at the bar. The bath was very sma ll but there was no way I could get in it anyway as the sides were too high and the fixed shower panel took up at least half of the side of the bath. Even had I been able to get in I would not have been able to use it either as a bath or a shower as it was so short and the shower head was halfway down.

At a rate of EUR 220+ per night, we expected a calm, well-maintained, scenic and professional hotel experience. Unfortunately, we found neither. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes which are unlocked at an extra charge of EUR 30 (we did not opt for this). The (locked-in) old kitchenette fridge kept us awake all of our first night. Staff acknowledged the poor state of this equipment and admitted several guests had complained about this noise before us. Thankfully they turned the fridge off for our second night. But why was this on in the first place when we had not booked the kitchenette extra? We came for Alp calm - not noise of an old fridge we did not even have access to. Hotel facilities were old - all of it - all dated from when constructed (early or mid 70s?). Wall-to-wall carpets in room. Our roomed smelled of old cigarette smoke. We were tempted by beautiful looking photos of the hotel where balconies had unspoiled views of the Alps. Unfortunately our room was dark and had no view whatsoever - expect for a few trees and a railway track that had trains spoiling the tranquility we came for. Website photos for not live up to expectations! Waiters repeatedly did not take our requests seriously, whether we asked for frites to be replaced by potatoes, chicken to be added to our the vegetarian dish (waiter shrugged this request off, before eventually accepting for an extra charge), or forgetting to prop up our breakfast table (no butter on day one, no yoghurt on day two - all paid for). English skills also questionable. Aargh - for this price we expected so much more - this was unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. This is a pity because the hotel location is good and the place has some good potential if owners would only pay to maintain the place.
